Nos dieron una habilitación en el ático, demasiado vieja, aire acondicionado portátil con un tubo horrible que había que sacar por la ventana, tuvimos que tener las ventanas abiertas se lleno el.cuarto de mosquitos, imposible dormir así, una cama.extra estorbo y fea que no necesitábamos, una viga atravesada en el camino para golpearse cada vez que pasamos, pusimos las sillas atravesadas para no golpearse la cabeza, REMODELEN ESAS HABITACIONES O NO LAS

Un hôtel très bien situé près de la gare pour les gens qui viennent en train, un peu plus difficile en voiture. Les chambres sont agréables, le personnel très sympathique et efficace. L'ascenseur est un peu lent au vu du nombre de personnes qui l'utilisent.

Good position. I was able to walk everywhere which I enjoy doing.

Hotel calme malgré sa proximité avec la gare. Le personnel est très à l'écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, tout y est.

In diesem hotel lag unser Zimmer so, dass wir praktisch auf dem Bahnhof wohnten.
Wir haben das Fenster natürlich geschlossen aber das e änderte an den Geräuschen nichts.
Für so viel Geld hätte ich doch eine bessere Unterkunft erwartet.

The hotel is currently under renovation which is great as it’s quite old. The room was old and not exactly clean. Based on the room itself I’d think it’s a 3 star hotel.
The receptions were how we friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and location was excellent, 2 meters from the main train station.

I selected this hotel for the location and the photos and advertisement of air-conditioning , coffee maker, and kitchenette. The staff were very nice and worked to solve the problem of a lack of air-conditioning in our original room #15, with a move to #43. The location was quite convenient. But the advertisement stating the hotel had air-conditioning and in -room coffee and tea was not entirely true. We were moved to Room 43 that had an air-conditioner that did work and a hot pot with instant coffee was provided. However, the AC unit was quite loud and required a large hose to be run out the window which allowed for a lot of train and city noise at night. Also, a coffee maker with real coffee was expected. Finally, the bathroom was renovated, but the shower floor was VERY SLIPPERY -- luckily it had accessible features of hand rails and bars to hold on to. It was also clean and the staff housekeeping was good. It looks like other renovations are happening and this hotel could be quite nice, but the room needs an upgrade with working air-conditioning, more than one electrical outlet.

No rating on the closed restaurant or breakfast (not taken at hotel). The WiFi works fine once connected, but I found for my whole stay that every single time I wanted to use it if not used for an hour or so I had to sign in again. I used the Room/Name method. This was the case both for my phone and my computer.

The hotel is very well situated in Geneva. The receptionists were really friendly and kind. One should see the hotel after the renovation! The breakfast could have been more diverse, but the room was clean with air conditioning, and even though it was in front of the station, there was no bothering noise, especially at night! I will come again after the renovations!
