I use the same room every time and it's very comfortable.
This time, the microwave was missing from the room, maybe it was broken? (It was there until last time.)

My neighbors were noisy, so I wrote the front desk. No response. Same thing hours later. No response. The heating, hot water, and WiFi didn’t work. It felt dirty.

El hotel es bueno, en concreto el estudio que es dónde me alojé. Limpieza buena y buena ubicación. El personal de recepción el chico que nos atendió muy buen trabajo y trato con los clientes. Por otro lado, por las mañanas nos atendió una chica con actitud seca y como sin ganas de trabajar y atendernos.

I have been staying at the HotelResidence Montbrillant for three or four weeks each year for over 25 years, and I always enjoy my stays there. The location is excellent, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

The hotel location is very ideal for me and there are many shops in the train station right next to the hotel.
The WiFi kept dropping and the login page often took a long time to re-appear.

I had a wonderful experience in Ginevra through this hotel, which was wonderful in everything… all the receptionist and the staff were very gentle and helpful in giving all the information requested…. The hotel’s location is great, due the closeness to the city centre and to the public transport…. The only thing that was a little disappointing, was the Wi-Fi quality, which sometimes worked and sometimes not,.
Nevertheless it is a very nice hotel, which i would recommend others to choose in case they want to visit Ginevra….
