Le monsieur à la réception m’a donné un shewps périmé depuis le 01/22 donc plus d’un an et la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Seul point positif le personnel et très gentil

La atención del personal de recepción fue un 10 , atentos , comprometidos y muy amables . La limpieza de la habitación un 10 . Soy consciente que el hotel está en reformas , por eso no puedo dar más puntuación, el cuarto de baño se nota que está reformado , falta la parte de la cocina , más que nada los armarios ....Me gustó que hubiera tostadora , los utensilios de cocina muy bien , la nevera muy limpia , la cama muy cómoda , dormí de fábula , me reponian las botellas de agua cada día , allí les pongo un 10. Pasé calor los primeros días pero entiendo que las temperaturas en Suiza no son comparables con Barcelona , donde hace más calor , de ahí que estuviera puesta la calefacción , pero me lo solucionaron en seguida . Me pareció estupendo que hubiera una lavandería justo al lado de la puerta de entrada al hotel , con facilidad para comprar monodosis de detergente en la recepción Muchas gracias por todo y si tengo ocasión de volver , sería en este hotel porque tengo buenos recuerdos de la habitación donde estuve " viviendo" esos 5 días , me sentí como en casa . Mi enhorabuena !!! Hasta pronto!!!

Excellent emplacement et personnel tres agreable. L isolation sonore par rapport a l' exterieur est plutot efficace (peu de bruit malgre une chambre donnant sur la gare).
Petit bemol: le petit dejeuner, un peu cher, et surtout la salle (provisoire pendant les travaux) n' est pas tres adaptee.

Hôtel et son restaurant en pleine rénovation. Mais je n'en ai pas été incommodée. Et le bonus c'est que j'ai pu bénéficier d'un bon prix (tout de même 100 CHF pour un hôtel proche de la gare et bien situé en ville) pour un hôtel de catégorie 4 étoiles. Un peu triste que ma chambre donne sur une toute petite cour intérieure, mais sinon le confort et la propreté étaient appréciables. J'ai bcp aimé la déco au mur (jet d'eau de Genève) et le mur en pierre sur une partie de la chambre. Petits soucis de connexion stable avec le WiFi durant la soirée, mais pas avec la télé. Bon accueil par le réceptionniste avec prise en charge assez rapide (réservation faire via Booking et payée d'avance)

I had a flat room this one was not really clean and very loudly. I could hear everything, it was like my window broken was.
The previous one, had smoked in the room. I had to open the window very large for the smell who wouldn't go away.
Everyone was really nice though and very good location.

Great location. Hotel is quirky and a little tired but currently under refurbishment ( not advised) and therefore access to other parts of the hotel was limited. The bar and restaurant were closed. We had an early start on our first day but unfortunately hot water wasn't available until after 7.00. No problem subsequently. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Would definitely stay again and look forward to seeing it after the refurbishment.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Dass das Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof liegt, kam uns sehr entgegen.

No pude conectar.e al WiFi. Las paredes entr habitacio es son finas se oye bastante a los de al lado. Pero en gersl coveniente y bien ubicado.

The bathtub/shower combination is extremely dangerous. Needs a handle on the wall to prevent slipping when getting out of the tub!!!

Chambres qui donnent sur les voies SNCF. Bel accueil mais ensuite nous sommes accompagnés vers une porte extérieure entre une laverie et un SDF... Rien d'un 4 étoiles, nous avons du nettoyer notre table du petit déjeuner !

wonderful customer service by mr. Cisse, who was outstanding. the room is clean and nice, but the privacy is low because of the thin drywall.
