Check-in and check-out staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very quite and the bed was very comfortable. I would have liked an outlet by the bed side to charge my phone.

welcoming staff, nice cozy hotel, central city location, clean rooms, but in the middle of the night a noisy drunken guest came into adjacent room and woke me up- walls between rooms are too thin

Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité immédiate de la gare. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. Je recommande !!!

An amazing place to visit. It’s just next to the train station and minutes from Lake Geneve of which there are Christmas markets on the other side of the lake (a beautiful bridge walk over). Gorgeous establishment. Great host at the front desk. Great quality. The host did a good job at switching between French and English for my husband and I.

Merci aux équipes de ménage et d'accueil ! très professionnels et agréables :) rien à dire de plus j'ai passé un très bon séjour : emplacement idéal, chambre pratique, pas de bruit etc ! Vue extérieure de l'hôtel sympa.
Comme je le disais il y a eu juste des gens (je travaille dans le tourisme je me permets de dire cela) surtout les clientèles espagnols qui se croient tout permit puisqu'un mec a décidé d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit et de gueuler au téléphone ! Mis à part ça personnel très disponible et recommande de bons restaurants etc :)

Over all a good stay. Friendly staff. Great location. Breakfast was appalling; ended up going somewhere else despite paying for breakfast on one day.

time to spend some money to refurbish the hotel that looks decadent, with those ugly flower decorations and some serious problems of infiltrations in the hall. Room 402 has the ceiling ruined that needs some maintenance work.

Expérience mitigée : j'ai été réveillée à 6h30 par la TV. J'ai informé la Réception et il m'a été répondu que cela sera consigné dans le carnet. J'ai été quelque peu surprise de la réponse donnée. Je m'attendais à plus de considération dans un 4 étoiles. Je suis retournée à la Réception quelques minutes plus tard et la réceptionniste n'était pas plus accueillante.
Autre point questionnant, j'ai croisé de personnes qui travaillent à l'hôtel dans l'espace petit déjeuner et elle et il n'ont pas daigné saluer.

Great helpful staff. Convenient location (close to the train station: no sound of trains btw). The room was big and equipped well. Small disadvantage (that's why it was not 10): I found the number of plugs to be limited but it is OK if you do not spend much time in the room. Close to the roads (for the sensitive to noise people) but I was OK with that. Walkable distance to everything. Many places to grab a snack or coffee around if you are in a hurry. I would definitely consider the hotel to stay at next time.
