the sooner you have restaurant brasserie type of services started, the more attractive your hotel will be

The Water heater didn't have a plug that would fit in any sockets and you have to reregister into the wifi everytime the computer turns off which was inconvenient. Overall good experience though

Wifi needs to be improved for a modern hotel. It drops out and seems to only allow a certain number of connections, so if you try to use it at peak time it doesn't allow you to connect. The hot water in my room took a really long time to warm up and a lot of water went to waste. Window also doesn't close properly and stay closed.
Loved the location and front desk managers but wouldn't stay there again without improvements to the wifi.

My only constructive criticism is breakfast could be better. My recommendations would be:
- Put water in the chiller to keep it cold
- More regular clean up of tables
- A few more food options
- Maybe a new coffee machine as it broke down a couple of times during my stay
Otherwise- a great hotel and I will return.

Foi uma experiência muito positiva em todos os quesitos. Quarto e banheiro grandes e com todas as comodidades, silencioso, localização excelente, no centro da cidade, ao lado da Estação Central de Trens de Genebra, a gente pode se movimentar a pé e conhecer praticamente tudo, além disso eles dão um tipo de passe para você viajar gratuitamente nos ônibus e trams e o pessoal da recepção é muito gentil. Nota 10.

Excellent location! Stayed in a apartment-like room, with kitchen, in some kind of annex, with a separate entry outside the hotel, but in the same building. Large room, very clean.

Staff très sympathique, chambre à refaire. C’était valable il y a 10 ans je pense mais n’est certainement pas au standard d’un 4 étoiles aujourd’hui. Vaut un bon 2 ou un mauvais 3.

A very conveniently located hotel, friendly with good service. I like the modern, comfortable rooms. The proximity of the railway station is a bonus for travel convenience and there is no noise problem.

Overall good experience. But rooms are very noisy and the hotel is probably more 3* than 4* (fridge is simply on the floor, bath is rosty etc.). Otherwise good and hotel.

L'isolation extérieure est parfaite. L'isolation intérieure laisse à désirer: en arrivant dans la chambre j'ai cru que la télévision était restée allumée avec le son au maximum, alors qu'il s'agissait de celle de la chambre voisine. L'intervention de l'aimable réceptionniste a permis de réduire quelque peu le bruit mais j'ai eu droit toute la soirée à une double source audio, car je ne voulais pas augmenter le son de mon programme jusqu'à couvrir celui de la chambre voisine.
En outre, une vilaine marque rectangulaire enlaidit le plafond de cette chambre 410.
A part ça, tout était parfait: grand drap de bain moelleux et peignoir pour se détendre.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, la habitación pequeña pero limpia, el desayuno no muy bueno, casi no tenían variedad y algo caro para lo que es, la ubicación excelente ya que está cerca de la estación de tren y es muy cómodo eso.
