Dirty, old room, not clean when we cheked in. Things was falling out of the walls (powerbabks and shelfs in the shower).

Room was tiny, even by European standards. Also, the 1/3 full communal soap dispensers in the bathroom are disgusting, sorry. So I purchased my own soap. But given the price, and location, I would still return. Front desk folks very helpful.

Very friendly staff and the room was very clean, the wifi was so so. the breakfast service is misleading, make it clear to the customer if it is included or not, I wasnt clear and the chinese tourist one hour later was equally confused.

I am a vegan. More variety of fruit would be good. It would be useful for the hotel to develop vegan menu options.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The blonde lady and the guy with the dark hair that spoke Spanish was very very good. The only thing is that as you don’t supply mini shower gel like most hotels, my hand slipped on the reusable hand, body, hair gel bottle whilst wet and it cut my finger. That is the only gripe I had. Lovely otherwise :).

Our room was hot, air condition did not work properly. Having read reviews on Trip Advisor this is an ongoing problem with your property and you have done nothing to remedy the problem.. If I had read these reviews I would have not stayed in your property.
I also did not like the service side door to the street that was needed to access my room.
I would like to know who decided you should have 4 Stars?

Great hotel in excellent location for travel. Only problem was that there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Also the AC was old and noisy and could not cope with the heat. It would have been good to have a sheet on the bed instead of a quit, too.

Die Kanalisation im Badezimmer macht Lärm und gluckert. Evtl. sind auch hier Arbeiten nötig, wie im Nachbarzimmer.
Der Fernseher hat das Bild manchmal verpixelt, was aber von der Rezeption gelöst worden ist.

Room on 3rd floor was fine. Rooms on fifth floors (501) are nice but too noisy due to the air conditioners outside.

Je vous remercie de votre hospitalité. C'était le deuxième fois de rester à l'Hôtel le Montbrillant. Les chambres sont toujours restées propres et agréables. S'il y a des problèmes, ils sont remédiés rapidement. Je vais choisir votre hôtel à la prochaine fois aussi.

Positive: Near the train station.
Negative: Near the train station. It was very noisy during the night. The climatization didn't work and nobody was able to fix it. The dishes were really dirty. And the official price of CHF 400 / night is exaggerated. Fortunately we only paid CHF 200 / night for the rooms.
