The housekeeping and reception staff are of high respect. Internet is super. A SMALL comment of the room was a little bit not wide enough. Hotel location is perfect next to many other services supermarkets, lake and exchange shop.

New windows but incorrectly mounted, leading to useless noise rejection. Entrence through a backdoor on a shabby side of the building, not through the main lobby. A disgrace. Will never come back.

It is best location when you are traveling around the cities in Switzerland. Just one stop from airport by train and it is direct by cornavin. The Restaurant is very cozy and foods are wonderful.

Great little hotel with amazing charm. Location is the best for access to the trains, trams and buses in Geneva. Could use better English Television stations., you have to like CNN, BBC or CNBC as they are the only English stations that were available ., but who stays in the room.

Great location for use of public transport. Gift of travel card was brilliant. Info from staff at Receiption was great. Good value for money.

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff and the location. The room was adequate and clean but the air conditioning was very weak. It couldn't be adjusted in the room so the room never really got cool. The breakfast was basic.

Overall it was a good stay at the hotel and I would stay there again if I return the Geneva.
