Très bon séjour à l'hôtel montbrillant pour un déplacement professionnel à Genève, hôtel très bien situé près de la gare, personnel agréable, efficace et disponible

Séjour agréable mais la chambre était surchauffée avec impossibilité de réguler la température. Ouvrir la fenêtre donnant sur la cours n'était pas envisageable car on était alors pollué par un bruit élevé de machinerie très désagréable.

Hôtel agréable, personnel compétent, chambre impeccable. Un peu bruyant côté gare et dans les couloirs. Je le recommande . Petit déjeuner bien achalandé mais pour les lève tôt, la totalité des produits offerts ne sont pas en place avant 6h00.

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the station which is excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room we had on the 5th floor was extremely hot even though the radiator was off, this resulted in a restless nights sleep. The room needs an upgrade with more power points for laptops, phones etc.

I stay generally for a week at a time. Hotel Le Montbrillant is very well located for travelling by public transport to meeting venues in the City of Geneva. Also the shops at the main railway station at Cornevin are convenient. Besides Hotel Le Montbrillant is in easy walking distance of many restaurants.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé à côté de la gare Genève Cornavin. Literie très confortable, salle d'eau moderne et agréable, propreté irréprochable. Le seul bémol est que l'on entend un peu trop ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine, en particulier la sonnerie du réveil du voisin.

Everything was ok. Most important thing was location. It is very easy to go to the airport, just one stop with train to the airport and only 100 steps to the city center. Staffs are friendly.

Overall our stay was fine, however I found the parking very strange. Firstly, we had to park on the footpath as there was nowhere else to park when entering the hotel. It was late at night and I asked the man at reception where we could park. He was kind enough to show me where to park, but it was through a rough part of town and there were a number of men watching us. The man working in reception walked extremely quickly to the car park to check if there was a space, and I struggled to keep up with him as I was in high heels - he did not turn back to check if I was even there. Then when he saw that there was a spot he said « ok I’ll run back now » , which I found extremely strange because he was quite happy for me to walk back on my own, despite feeling unsafe having multiple men watching me. I was in a foreign city, late at night, in a rough area, and the hôtelier just wanted to run back! I had to ask him if I could walk with him - he said yes but proceeded to walk very quickly. Then before we got back he said goodbye and ran off! I felt unsafe at that point and couldn’t believe what he had done. I appreciate that he wanted to get back but he didn’t appreciate my predicament at all, and even after agreeing to let me walk back with him he ran away. I found this all very odd and unsettling.
