Les chambres sont climatisées et insonorisées, plus ou moins spacieuses. L'hôtel se trouve au centre de la ville juste à coté de la Gare. Les chambres ont besoin d'un rafraichissement, le petit déjeuner est frugale et l'endroit pour le prendre n'est pas adéquat (hall de l'hôtel). Le personnel est avenant et sympathique.

Location was good. Reception greeting was very nice. If the bedroom decor could match the bathroom and reception it would live up to its 4*

They used to equip an electric kettle in each room, but not anymore. They say that they can give hot water at the cafe on the ground floor, but then I have to change my cloth. I would like to relax at my room and have tea anytime I want. The coffee machine is not good for tea. Water is not boiling and sometimes water smells of coffee that previous guest used. I don't like that. In Room 101, I found a roach and I killed it with the foot towel. Room 101 is old, dark and not clean.

Very very good service, however ‘suite’ is really a loft. Crucial because of stairs that older guests are made aware of this, and shower has only one door and because of poor design floods the bathroom. Great service though and good value were it not for the issues above.

La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, et tout s'est bien passé. Cependant, l'isolation phonique vis-à-vis de l'extérieur est insuffisante. Idem pour l'isolation vis à vis de la lumière venant de l'extérieur qui pourrait être améliorée.

Conosco l’Hotel Montbrillant da tanti anni: quando lavoravo e abitavo a Ginevra, andavo spesso al ristorante che non esiste più.
Un punto molto debole, adesso rispetto al passato, è la prima colazione, che si fa praticamente nella hall d’ingresso e con un buffet molto, molto più limitato rispetto al passato.

Very poor quality of room for a 4* hotel. The only air conditioning was a very loud portable air conditioning machine or a fan. The room quality was more backpacker hostel than 4* hotel

Camera singola, pulita, molto confortevole. Fornito kit di cortesia. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta, letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione. Se mai dovessi tornare a Ginevra, la scelta dell'hotel sarebbe già definita.

Good central location for business trip. However, upon arrival there was a young blond lady at the reception ( maybe a trainee) who is very rude an unprofessional in her approach. This is a very bad image for the hotel. She speaks in a very condascending way and you don’t feel welcome at the hotel. Maybe she d better not work at the reception

The staff in the reception and in the housekeeping department are very kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel ( close to the train station and very cosy).
