Our online rezervation had bern changed and give us roof room. İt was so small and not possible to move. And olso there was a construction in the hotel. They didnt informed us before.

The air conditioning didn't work but it was OK and I didn't ask for it to be fixed. There were renovations so I didn't experience the real lobby or the restaurant. This was the biggest, nicest room I have ever had in Geneva. I have never had a mini-fridge before and I loved having one!

I had a lot of trouble connecting to, and staying connected to, the Wi-Fi. I had to ask the desk for help several times. The first time the folks at the desk were very helpful. The second time, not so much. Having a breakfast available is good, but the selection at breakfast is not suitable to someone who must be careful about a diet full of carbohydrates. I found the breakfast limited in what I could eat. Proximity to the train station was excellent. At check-in the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a good introduction to Geneva.

Thanks. Excellent position and kind staff. too much light in the rooms overnight: curtains do not properly seal the windows, too many flashing lmini leds of the equipment (especially the blue watch on the mirror in the bathroom).

Good for my next stay. Trainstation is nice, but if you want to sleep long, then better go elsewhere

it would be correct to inform, that the hotel is under repair and the restaurant is not working. Breakfast is not available.

The Hotel is under construction. The Hotelservice is actually very nice but the rooms are not very pleasant and the noise next to the street is quite loud.

For the time being I cannot see how this should be a four-star hotel. Maybe that changes once renovation work has been completet.

I would like first of all to thank the very friendly and helpful staff. Both he receptionists and the house keepers are more than excellent and they do their best to satisfy the guests needs.
The main major problems I faced were the air conditioning and the Wifi.
This portable air conditioning is not practical at all and very noisy. I hope by my next stay this matter could be solved.
As for the Wifi it is very difficult to stay connected more than ten minutes. I hope also this matter will be solved.

Nous avions réservé dans un studio de l’autre côté du bâtiment donc aucun bruit de travaux seulement la gare mais ça ne nous a pas trop dérangé

I have stayed here for years , great hotel normally but been fully renovated downstairs so no facilities till July or August .. nice staff , rooms need to be improved and made more modern

I arrived with no knowledge that extensive redecoration works were in hand . That said the room was clean and staff friendly and helpful . The price was very good and the location , right by the station was ideal for me .

Room was very dirty.
Very dirty floors, lots of hair and dust. Bathroom was dirty with many hair from past guests. Needs lots of work done. Definitely not 4 star. Your hotel will be considered 2 start hotel in all other parts of Europe.
