My family and I had a very good stay. We felt very welcomed. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change are those designs on the lift doors.

The carpet was very dirty/dusty; poor air conditioning unit very noisy, not cold and giving us discomforts in our sleep.

The hotel is in a very good location, right at the train station exit and easy to find. There are also many buses running nearby. Although it is near the train station, it is very quiet at night and easy to fall asleep.

Nous avons dû changer notre chambre 43 double supérieure de 30m2 car l'air conditionné ne marchait pas!!! On nous a donné une chambre bien plus petite de 20m2, sans aucune compensation ou offre quelconque dans l'annexe de l'hôtel dont l'entrée n’à rien à voir avec un hôtel 4 étoiles ???? .CET HOTEL NE VAUT PAS 4 ????, il ne faut pas accepter l'annexe !!!

Bathroom tiles were covered in mildew. Amenities were good. But the entire room was dark and gloomy. Fantastic location though.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The cleaning staff was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was comfortable. However, there was only one electrical outlet in the room, and the furniture was a bit outdated. Overall, the hotel was very good.

All staff on Reception were also very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious with plenty of storage in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was good, plenty to eat and drink, and the lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely - the hot items (bacon, sausages) were unavailable a couple of mornings but that was just bad timing for us :) The a/c unit unfortunately wasn't very effective and was also quite noisy, but to be fair it was an extremely hot week (around 30 degrees), especially for us coming from the UK. There was also a lot of noise from the street / traffic, but that can not really be helped! Some more electric (plug) sockets nearer to the bed would have been useful, we had to take turns to charge phones in the kitchen area, which wasn't very convenient, but also not that important to us. Location right by the station was fantastic and we also really appreciated the free travel passes :) We would stay here again!

La seule fausse note est la mauvaise communication sur le service du petit déjeuner non effert et non communiqué. C'est en demandant le lieu du petit déjeuner qu'on m'informe que je n'y ai pas droit sauf en m'acquittant de CHF 18 pour le buffet. Je trouve dommage alors que pour une mission professionnelle si on me l'avait indiqué je pourrai bien intégrer la différence dans mes frais de voyage. De cette manière, je ne pouvais que sortir boire le café hors de l'hôtel. En dehors de cela, je trouve l'emplacement pratique, accessible et le personnel très sympathique.

The room was tiny. The air conditioner didn’t work (and it was a hot day). They said they’d bring a fan up - they never did. I got practically no sleep due to the heat and noise from outside. I’ll never stay at you your hotel again and will warn my friends to do the same

The wifi did not work after three days and reception couldn’t fix it. Also the coat hangers are broken - my suit kept falling on the floor.

Wifi didn't work even after assistance of Reception where they connected me, the wifi said there was no internet available

Breakfast definitely not worth the cost
