Merveilleux !
Ce restaurant situé à deux pas de la place Gambetta à Bordeaux est une véritable pépite . Blind (aveugle en français) s'adresse ici aux vins qui sont servis systématiquement sans aucune information. Votre palais et votre connaissance du vin seront alors les seuls repères pour retrouver l'origine et les cépages de chaque vin dégustés. Une fois les vins révélés ce sont autant de surprises que de beaux dialogues avec le sommelier passionné.
Parlons cuisine maintenant : les mets issus d'une fusion magique de cuisines péruviennes et japonaises sont absolument délicieux riches de saveurs, parfois surprenantes.
Le cadre est à la fois moderne et ancien, le service top !
Rapport qualité prix parfait.
Bref, allez-y !

Diner aux milles saveurs. Je conseille particulierement la raviole de foie gras qui (bien que je connaisse le foie gras) ma ettonement surpris. La degustation de vin a l'aveugle est digne de l'ail ou la cuisse, cela permet de mieux deguster le vin.
Les plats sont travaillés, les épices apportent du gout sans etre trop fort et trop piquer.
Je privilegerai cependant le boeuf mijoté aux brochettes que j'ai trouvé un poil trop pimenté.

Un très bon repas au sein de Blind !
Les plats sont succulents, le service irréprochable et leur concept de deviner quel genre de vin nous est servis est très sympathique (même si nous n’avons pas trouvé)

What an awesome little restaurant. Fun natured with the blind wine tasting, very unique.
Food ???????????????? cooked from the heart. The pork skewers were so tasty, the sea bream cooked perfectly in delicate sauce.
Must try.

It's one thing to make a dish look pretty, but for all the pretty decor to taste as outstanding, whilst having each detail contribute to the flavors is what takes Blind to a whole different league!! Hidden gem!!!
I had never gone on a solo dinner, but Blind, it's beautiful terrace and its attentive service made it a truly unforgettable evening.
I am born and raised in Latin America, I have tried Peruvian dishes around the world, but i had never had anything like this. It is beyond! Pamela (the sweetest server) suggested the Calamar al Olivo (comes with 2 sauces one al olivo and one of peruvian spices, making that dish 2 amazing and different experiences on it self) , followed by the Ceviche de Pescado accompanied with a white wine (ceviche had the freshness, and a balance of citrus and sweet with the tiger milk and sweet potato additions)(generous serving for a ceviche!! perfect serving size). The presentation was amazing, but the flavors were... wow, perfect combinations. I was at a loss for words. I then learned the two cheffs are from Peru, and it is noticeable through every detail they have put in that plate. 11/10 experience, atmosphere, service and food. would go again millions of times if i could. This is a must try for sure.

In Bordeaux it is easy to find food from around the world and the best wine from Bordeaux.
What is not easy is to find the special and personalized touch by Blind.

We will certainly revisit and I strongly recommend Blind as a must-go in Bordeaux.

Concept original : on choisit le plat et on déguste à l'aveugle des vins qui vont avec.
Plats délicieux pour nous trois.

Mon passage fut fantastic!
La qualité des plats, le choix des vins à l'aveugle qui m'a permis de découvrir des cépages inconnus et la gentillesse du staff font que je vais au plus vite y retourner.

Wir haben toll gegessen an diesem Abend. Unser Kellner machte einen hervorragenden Job und hat uns einen perfekt zu unserem Essen passenden Wein serviert.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für den Platz vor (fast schon in) den Toiletten, trotz Reservierung. Zwei Tische weniger im Gastraum würden die Sache sicherlich entschärfen.

Came here for dinner. Nice Peruvian fusion restaurant - with French and Japanese influences. Enjoyed my tartare & ceviche. Dessert was great (lost brioche & chocolate).
The blind taste wine experience was very fun (although I didn't guess my wine correctly, was good to put some of my recently acquired knowledge in wine to use). We enjoyed our time here very much.
Service was great, the staff took time to explain to us the menu, including some unique ingredients from Peru (Lucuma), and was patient in accommodating to dietary restrictions. Recommend:-)

It was really great experience, with perfect combination of peruvian, japanese and frech taste. The blind tasting of wines was great choice! Thank you for great atmosphere and service.
