Disappointed. We were really excited to go here and booked the tour in advance. Our tour consisted of 10 people, only two of which were native French speakers. The entire tour was conducted in French, so we really didn’t understand anything of what we saw in the buildings. That was really a shame. If we had known the tour was going to be in French, we could’ve prepared ourselves for that. We certainly never expect everything to be in English, but it would have been nice to know in advance. Our guide didn’t seem to care that most of the participants in the tour could not understand her. I am glad this was included in our City Pass because if we had paid for it, we would’ve been extremely disappointed.

As English speaking people, we joined the French speaking tour, and we we're provided with a translation booklet that was helpful. The coolpart was entering the bunker and seeing the whisky walls. It was a fun and great experience to especially break up the wine tours. Great staff and the Gin is devin and a must purchase!
