We stayed here for a long weekend in December. |We booked last minute directly through the hotels website and wanted a balcony, so got the deluxe room with balcony.|The room was huge.|The bed was too comfy with good heating, a fridge to keep drinks cold and a great walk in shower.|We easily caught the tram from the airport, which stops at the Cathedral and was about 5 mins walk. We could see the Cathedral at the end of the road from the balcony.|Loved the ginger cat at the opposite apartments.|In warmer weather, coffee,  dinner and drinks on the balcony would be ideal. |The main sites were walking distance, we used the boat to get over to Darwin, but otherwise trams are useful. |The main shopping streets are around the corner, cute little shops plus your usual high street stores, but very quiet at night. ||All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.||The bar on the ground floor was lovely and even made cocktails not on the menu. ||Loved the water fountain in reception to keep filling up.||Bordeaux was a lovely city,  we're not wine drinkers, just love a city break.||

Petit hôtel de charme en plein cœur du centre ville de Bordeaux, au calme, une équipe charmante, disponible. Les chambres sont très confortables. Petit déjeuner avec du choix et fait maison même les yaourts. |Mention pour la bar.....endroit chaleureux pour l'apéritif.

Suite à une annulation de réservation non prévue, nous avons été débités du montant de la nuitée.|Si nous reconnaissons que cela nous a été précisé dans le mail de confirmation,nous regrettons l absence d échange avec la direction . Notre mail de réclamation est resté lettre morte. C'est un affront à la relation clientèle pour un hôtel qui se dit de standing. A fuir.

Très déçue . Suite à une réservation que nous n avons pas pu honorer moins de 24 heures à l avance, nous avons été débités du montant total. Certes cela était annoncé dans le mail de confirmation mais personne n a envie de sortir un soir de gastro entérite... Je déplore l absence de réponse à mon mail demandant de l écoute et un geste commercial( nous venons régulièrement). HONTEUX A FUIR

Nicolás and Malika and the entire staff was amazing. Helped us in everything we needed. Although the view of our particular room wasn’t great (paid a lower price which was ok with us) the room itself was great and spacious. Location was also great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is clean and well appointed in the very centre of the tourist district of Bordeaux. Easy to walk to all places of interest from here – many of these on pedestrian only streets and avenues.||The room was euro – small and it would’ve been nice to find some better solution for luggage storage||Otherwise a good and reasonably priced hotel in a great location in Bordeaux

Vous êtes reçu dans un cadre idyllique.|C’est un lieu très cosy.|Il y a un très grand choix de cocktails.|Ils sont originaux, et très très biens préparés.|C’est un lieu idéal pour prendre un verre en couple.|Nous allons sûrement y retourner pour manger.

The hotel location is excellent in heart ih the city downtown close to pl Gambetta and surrounded by boutiques and cafes . Vintage building with well equipped rooms and on site facilities like restaurant, filtered water etc . The hotel staff is very friendly . Highly recommend !

Great location in the heart of Bordeaux. Walking distance (4-5 minutes) to the Grand Theater, Cathedral and great restaurants and stores. The staff is extremely helpful. |The room we've got was too small for us (for the money we paid, in my opinion), but they have bigger rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful. They have an elevator. Breakfast was great. As always, Best Western met our expectations.

Excellente situation dans l'hypercentre pour les visites.
Tramway à proximité pour se déplacer où l'on veut. Hôtel très confortable et calme. Accueil agréable.

L'adresse, dans le triangle d'or de la ville, est la garantie de la proximité avec les commerces et une jolie zone de restaurants. Garantie aussi, en raison de la situation de la rue, de ne pas souffrir d'une animation nocturne, trop distante pour être entendue... Un hotel confortable et cossu. Une des meilleures adresses centrale. J'y ai passé mes 3 premières semaines aquitaine et depuis, nos visiteurs y coulent des nuitées agréables.
