Yet another triumph of looks over function. Room in the new section looked beautiful, but doesn't have a comfortable chair to sit in. Even the outdoor chairs on the deck were too wide to be comfortable. The bathroom had nowhere to hang a hand towel or cosmetic bag and the toilet compartment was down a hall and around the corner from the rest of the bathroom. A long way to go to wash your hands. Also in sort of a residential area, so not terribly convenient to tram or other services. All this for over €400 per night without breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful, and the room was lovely. The pool is as pretty as it looks in the photo! The staff were attentive and professional. Before we arrived in Bordeaux, we inquired about dining out and the hotel provided us with a detailed list of restaurants and made reservations for us, which we appreciated. I had lots of questions each morning and the staff were always accommodating. Angelina stood out in particular as being helpful and genuinely kind and cheery. What a wonderful asset to your team! Thanks for making our stay in Bordeaux memorable. PS you should have a list of all the bakeries in the area for those of us who are passionate about patisserie!

Le lieu est idyllique, un peu caché donc la découverte est encore plus belle, le personnel est aux petits soins, il y a un rooftop avec une très belle vue sur la piscine, nous avons passé une très bon séjour, l’expérience est réussie à tous les niveaux, je recommande vivement !

Lors de ma réservation, j’ai bien précisé que je souhaitais un soin du visage, chose que l’on m’a confirmée à l’accueil, à mon arrivée, le jour J.
Lorsque je suis passée dans la salle de massage, la personne a commencé par me masser le corps, je pensais que c’était une introduction ( durée du soin 1h15) et que nous allions passer au visage.
Puis la personne me dit que le soin est terminé, je m’interroge sur le fait qu’elle ne soit pas passée sur le visage.
Elle me répond qu’elle a eu, comme information un massage du corps
uniquement.
Je passe donc à l’accueil pour expliquer cette erreur, on m’a demandée si le soin m’avait plu, j’ai répondu que ce n’était ni la question ni ma demande.
On m’a proposée d’échanger avec le directeur, j’ai appelé 3 fois depuis, cela fait 10 jours, j’attends toujours qu’il me rappelle.
Je ne trouve pas normal que pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, un soin à 160 euros et une erreur de logiciel et de communication de leur part, soient si peu pris en compte par la direction.
Cet accueil et l’intérêt que porte la direction à ses clients n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Je ne recommande donc pas cet établissement.
