Nous tenons à féliciter l'ensemble du personnel de l'établissement pour sa gentillesse et son écoute. Mention spéciale à Dimitri, le responsable de la réception, et médaille d'or à Emma Jane qui dirige le roof top avec professionnalisme, sens de la relation client et le tout avec le sourire ! Un vrai coup de cœur, mille fois mercis, nous avons été conquis ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons autour de nous ce palace magnifique qui mérite ses 5 étoiles à tous les niveaux et nos chouchous, Emma Jane et Dimitri.

This hotel is a true gem, off the tourist path but close enough to everything to be very convenient. It offers lovely, comfortable rooms with exceptional service and is an oasis from the bustle of the rest of the city. The breakfast is expensive but very tasty. The rooftop, outdoor lounge is a unique tree-top experience.

Visited the roof top of this hotel with my wife for a drink & found it to be a very nice experience.|We were first welcomed & guided to it by a very nice young man , Jordie , who gave us a topo of the hotel & surroundings .we then sat down above the pool & ordered drinks & accompaniment. We were well served by the staff especially Emma-Jane who was professional & nice .

Everything was wonderful. The staff was charming, attentive, polite and multi-lingual. Service and cleanliness 100%. Our only recommendation is that the shower was slippery & could use a mat or anti-slip material. Thank you to everyone who helped us at every step of our stay.

It was our last night in France before we headed to Paris to fly home so we wanted someplace special. Palais Gallien Hôtel & Spa was perfect, the valet met us outside at our car and took care of our bags from there as well as taking our car parked on a very small street to safe parking for the night. The check-in staff were so polite, informational, and professional. The rooms are beautiful with a modern bathroom and very clean. The front desk was available to recommend some delicious restaurants. There is a rooftop bar on the spa and wellness center which has amazing drinks as well as terrific service. They also have plenty of small bites if you wanted to make a meal on the rooftop. If you’re in Bordeaux, I highly recommend staying here!
