Beautiful location and great service with a boutique feel to it. The spa service was very good (I would say 4/5) and the gourmet restaurant the same (5/5 service and ambience and 4/5 food).

Above and Beyond! Le Palais Gallien fits that description. The building, the ambiance, the garden, and the cuisine. All fit that description. But all those elements would remain cold and distant, if it were not for the staff. Truly Angelina, Louis, Jordi, Amelie, Sophie, and Mr Kamel personify class, style, and warmth. ||And let us not forget the handwritten notes, the champagne, and the golden balloons floating in our ‘chambre’ upon arrival. ||Thank you for making my 60th b-day celebration memorable.

Great place! Very well maintained and friendly staff. We had the best room ever! It had a Jacuzzi on the patio. It made us feel like back in Florida!!! The breakfast was very good and my son loved those selection. It situated in a great area close to everything. Just a walk away from our favorite restaurant INIMA!!! A must try place.

Nous tenons à féliciter l'ensemble du personnel de l'établissement pour sa gentillesse et son écoute. Mention spéciale à Dimitri, le responsable de la réception, et médaille d'or à Emma Jane qui dirige le roof top avec professionnalisme, sens de la relation client et le tout avec le sourire ! Un vrai coup de cœur, mille fois mercis, nous avons été conquis ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons autour de nous ce palace magnifique qui mérite ses 5 étoiles à tous les niveaux et nos chouchous, Emma Jane et Dimitri.

We had a beautiful 5-night stay here. A little walk to the center of everything but we really enjoyed our walks to and from. Rooms were large, well-appointed. The sauna/spa area was wonderful, as was the jacuzzi on our patio. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside was guidance, which we asked for before arriving, regarding a wine tour. Despite a few requests, we never really received any guidance or suggestions. Thankfully, we did find a fantastic tour on our own (via Bordeaux Wine Trails). Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
