The location of the hotel is a little out of the way but the rest is very good. Staff very attentive and professional. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Nice that minibar was free although we didn’t use it. Bordeaux is a great alternative to Paris. Lots of shopping and grand churches without the overcrowding. Felt safe too. Parks are very peaceful to walk through.

Très jolie table et belle découverte. Le menu était à la hauteur de nos espérances en terme de qualité de cuisine et d'originalité, bravo au chef ! Accord mets et vins, demander le prix avant afin de ne pas être surpris ,-)

Excellente soirée. Les plats sont raffinés et très bons. Le service impeccable.
Peut être une petite lumière sur les tables le soir amènerait la perfection.

Being in such a nice city as Bordeaux and staying in Le Palais Gallien I felt supremely happy. Bordeaux is a great classic city but staying in Le Palais Gallien made me really feel like a little king.
Supernice staff, exceptionally well desiged and luxurious rooms in a great outfit with pool in a beautifull classic building.
Its a bit more expensive than usual but u get an experience that totally exceeds the price.
My recommendation would be you also book a bike and go around Bordeaux cycling. Either way is a 100% recommendation.
Unfortunately I didn't get to try the restaurant but it looks like a super upscale place for locals wanting to have a very private gourmet dinner.
