Marvellous! We are still wondering why this exceptional cuisine has not (yet) been awarded any Michelin stars. Well then, for the time being, we'll give it three times 5 stars from our side: once for the friendly commitment of the team. Once for the great ideas for our culinary journey through the chef's world of flavours. And, last but not least: once for the perfect realisation on our plates. Great!

Nous avons eu le plaisir [une fois de plus] de passer un dîner et une soirée exceptionnels. Chaque aspect de l'expérience était exceptionnel. L'approche de Rémy pour créer des plats magnifiques et délicieux était parfaitement assortie au service en salle [merci beaucoup Anna]… et à une carte des vins exceptionnelle ! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !
