A must every time I'm in Burgundy. Seasonal creations in prix fixe mode. Outstanding substitutes for allergies, vegetarian, etc. Amuse are works of high culinary art. Presented in jean-friendly ambiance by helpful, knowledgeable staff. English accepted. Carte du Vin features many new vignerons in Burgundy with a smattering from across France and beyond. Several gold standard bottles requiring sale of your first born. Didn't see Rumplestiltskins, though, so perhaps I exaggerate.
