We drove 5.5 hours to get to the hotel from near Apt in the south. My wife had injured her eye and was distracted. On arrival at the hotel she discovered that she had left her overnight bag containing her laptop and our passports at the previous location in Apt. We were devastated as we had no option but to explain to the hotel and then get back in the car and drive back another 5.5 hours to Apt to collect them. We asked the receptionist if the hotel would consider a partial refund as we had turned up but had rather exceptional circumstances in why we could not stay. She said she would ask the management. We received an email stating that they could not offer any refund but would give us 20 % off our next reservation Under the terms of our booking this hotel had no obligation to offer a refund or partial refund, they were within their rights to refuse. But we had hoped they might extend some sympathy due to the unusual situation. Whilst business is business there was no attempt to garner even a little good will and as such we won't re visit. We drive frequently on this route.|We booked with Booking.com but could not leave a review as we didnt stay the night. We still feel this is an issue of customer service that guests may wish to know about as it reflects what may happen if you ever find yourself cancelling due to a misfortune.

Très bon hôtel, chambres vastes, confortables et luxueuses, dans un très beau site.
Le petit déjeuner servi à table dans une salle à manger confortable est copieux et excellent.
Le personnel est très accueillant et attentionné, une très bonne adresse !

On a passé un très bon week-end à l’hôtel Bellevigne. Le cadre est reposant, l’hôtel est beau et le personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était top et confortable et nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant le soir ✨
En revanche, on ne recommande pas de faire la dégustation (3 vins) au sein de l’hôtel. Le monsieur est très sympa et passionné mais l’expérience est très rapide et ne vaut pas les 25€ par personne selon nous. Mieux vaut aller directement dans l’un des nombreux domaines du village ou même à la cave d’en face :)

Nous ne sommes pas venus à l'hôtel mais au restaurant. Nous avons découvert celui-ci par le biais de Fork . Le lieu est beau situé en plein milieu du village. Il y a un beau parc fraîchement aménagé. L'intérieur des salles que ce soit restaurant ou autre salon sont joliment décorés. Nous avons été bien reçu et installés rapidement.
Les menus sont appétissant même si le choix est limité. C'est toujours bon signe.
Nous avons passé un très agréable moment

Séjour incroyable dans l’hôtel Bellevigne. Dégustation de vins, dîner, spa - tout est au niveau. Il y a plein de petites attentions, les chambres sont cosy, équipés avec tout ce qu’il faut. Un grand merci à Camille et Léna pour des massages et l’expérience au spa.
