自1999年起，香颂酒庄由家族企业博林格（Bollinger）集团所有，自1750年起，香颂酒庄就与博林格的土地结下了不解之缘。2023 年，45 公顷的夏隆内坡（Mercurey 和 Rully）将补充 43 公顷的伯恩坡（Beaune、Pernand-Vergelesses、Savigny-lès-Beaune、Corton、Puligny-Montrachet、Chassagne-Montrachet、Santenay）的一级和特级葡萄园。2024 年，博纳坡 43 公顷的葡萄园迎来了新的活力，葡萄品种的变化使其在不同的气候条件下都能更好地生长，并获得了生物认证。在酒庄的洞穴里，每年都有新酒上市。

We went without appointment but were only allowed to taste 1 wine (which was amazing). So a little disappointed in this visit

We went there without appointment and enjoyed a nice tasting with lots of information about the domaine and wine gardens. There are a couple of tasty wines for reasonable prices. The domain belongs the the Champaign House Bollinger.

Had a lovely time at the epicurian tour with Marine. She had a lot of knowledge and kindly answered all our questions. Definitly recommend!

Pendant le week-end de l’ascension, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce domaine qui était le seul qui disposait encore d’un créneau horaire disponible. Nous n’étions que deux (idéal) et pourtant, avons eu la chance d’avoir des explications détaillés et très grand intérêt. Les vins étaient excellents et permettaient réellement de comprendre les spécificités des régions, villages et parcelles. En plus, le vigneron est extrêmement sympathique ! Une très très belle surprise en somme.
