自1999年起，香颂酒庄由家族企业博林格（Bollinger）集团所有，自1750年起，香颂酒庄就与博林格的土地结下了不解之缘。2023 年，45 公顷的夏隆内坡（Mercurey 和 Rully）将补充 43 公顷的伯恩坡（Beaune、Pernand-Vergelesses、Savigny-lès-Beaune、Corton、Puligny-Montrachet、Chassagne-Montrachet、Santenay）的一级和特级葡萄园。2024 年，博纳坡 43 公顷的葡萄园迎来了新的活力，葡萄品种的变化使其在不同的气候条件下都能更好地生长，并获得了生物认证。在酒庄的洞穴里，每年都有新酒上市。

This was hands down the most informative wine tasting I’ve ever experienced. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable—clearly an expert—but also patient, warm, and completely approachable. Her English was excellent, and she effortlessly understood all our accents, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and easy.

What really stood out was how different this felt from the typical wine stop. Most places in Beaune lean self-guided and sales-focused, but Domaine Chanson feels more like a museum with wine—deeply rooted in history, with a thoughtful, curated atmosphere that prioritizes learning over pushing bottles.

The history of the domaine itself is fascinating, and the architecture is beautiful.

The cave tour is also very cold which is welcome on a burning Summer day!

Très belle visite, très bel endroit, nous sommes venu vendredi 1er novembre avec mon épouse à 15h, nous avons passé un très bon moment, la visite (épicurienne) c'était très bien expliqué, pleins de détails d'histoire de fabrication etc.. le vin était quand à lui excellent également. La guide qui n'était présente que depuis 3 semaines sur ce domaine à été au top ! Je recommande ++

My husband and I booked a tasting, which ended up being just the 2 of us, so we got to enjoy a private tasting. The woman doing the tasting was lovely, engaging and very knowledgable about the wines and the region overall. In the 1 hour we spent with her, we learned a lot! The wines were all delicious and it was hard to decide which one to take home with us! If you book outside of a tour group, it seems you get your own private tasting, which just adds to the overall experience!
