When I arrived at 23.30 having checked in, in the afternoon, the front door was locked. One had to ring and wait to get in. The room has no coffee or tea facility and is extremely small, old style size Ibis room with plastic bathroom. I asked reception if they had a communal area for making tea. I was told to make my own from the breakfast machine and was asked to pay for it. When I refused, saying it's standard in Ibis to have tea in the room or a shared kettle in reception and water filling station, I was told this would be charged to my room. When I refused to sign, the receptionist said she would block the access to my room till I paid for a cup of tea I made myself. Aggressive and shocking attitude. Never experienced this in any hotel. I told her I am a gold member and never had this in any Ibis hotel in the world. She didn't care and said her management told her to charge guest for everything and tried to grab my free drink voucher. I suggested I sleep in my car after spending 100 euros for a tiny room in the middle of nowhere on a noisy main highway, as she tried to cancel my room key.

Un lit très inconfortable, l'isolation phonique moyenne, la douche vétuste avec beaucoup de moisissure et toute petite, la chambre très petite.
