We didn't leave the room in mess and I can prove it as I took pictures of the house before and after. We didn't touch any of your pots and pans or even cleaning materials, we used ours instead.we made sure to sweep and mop the floor before leaving. I wonder what else you expect your customers to do?? I am not surprised the place was completely vacant!!! Good luck
