Chambre spacieuse, toilette à part de la salle de bain, très calme et bien situé pour aller visiter le Mont Saint Michel. Petit déjeuner copieux, appétissant. Personnel agréable.

If you are going to visit Mont Saint Michel, you can't get any closer than here. And you get all the services that you expect from a Mercure hotel. The hotel's resturant is at the same high level.
Four stars for the chamber because of the unusual (and REALLY small) separated closet for the WC.

Only good things about this hotel are location and cleanness. You are really close to mount saint michel, the rooms are lacking noise isolation and the worst thing is that beds are worn (sunken mattress) quality of sleep is really low, personal on the reception is fine but the rest is only willing to speak in french. Breakfasts are without vegetables.

Hotel vicino all'entrata della passerella per andare al monte. Struttura e personale accogliente.
Per un quattro stelle mi aspettavo delle ciabattine in camera (piccola pecca) e qualcosa nel frigobar, ma per il resto la camera era bella e fornita di tutto. 5 stelle alla pulizia del bagno che apprezzo sempre molto.
Punto dolente la colazione, mal organizzata secondo me e non all'altezza delle 4 stelle.
Altro malus nella votazione è relativo alla lingua: Io parlo perfettamente francese quindi non ho avuto problemi di nessun genere a comunicare, ma trovo scandaloso che nel 2025 ci sia personale di sala che parla solo francese in una delle località turistiche più importanti della Francia. Mi sono dovuto mettere a tradurre per dei turisti che purtroppo non riuscivano a spiegarsi col personale.

This is a fantastic hotel to choose if you will be visiting Mont St Michel — clean facility, friendly reception, and ok room size with a large and well furnished bathroom. We also greatly appreciated our dinner at the onsite restaurant and how they kindly accommodated our party after a long day. Would definitely recommend to others.

Stale dry bread on All tables at 6 pm !!
Coffee served outside but waiter didn’t take dirty glasses away from previous customers not busy so no excuses. ☹️

I got the package service “romantic escape” where there is in the description “…guaranteed late checkout”. But on the day of my checkout the attendant said I have no right of the late checkout and I need to leave the room. Additionally 2 hours before the time of checkout the maids started make too much noise like they were rushing us to leave.

Завтрак очень хороший, к вай-фаю вопросов нет.
Удивило отсутствие лифта (конечно, всего 2 этажа, но когда травма коленного сустава, тащить чемодан по лестнице не слишком комфортно), сейфа, посуды, холодильника, тапочек, не понимаю, откуда тут 4 звезды. Хорошие 3.

The hotel is nice enough, quite basic but you are paying for the location. There is no lift, so think about what needs to go up to the room. There is apparently no milk for making tea or coffee, we thought it had just been missed when doing the room but when asked was told they couldn't give us milk as no plastic was to be used. They also only have paper cups in the room, not proper cups or glasses. Also, the tv does not work. It says you have options to cast or sign in to netflix, amazon, etc, but it does not work. There is a great free shuttle outside to Mont St Michel which is absolutely stunning and has lots of nice bars and restaurants.

A perfectly adequate hotel for a stopover en route elsewhere further south in France. Check in easy, parking all good, room clean and functional. There isn't a lot else to say other than we didn't eat there, so can't comment in the food. It's a well run corporate hotel that is fine for you, if you think of it as a well located, clean and accessible bed in a location that is increasingly more of a theme park, because there isn't really much else to do. If I had to be in this area again, I would have no issue in recommending it.

Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in fantastischer lage zum Mont Saint-Michel. Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte dort. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Ich denke jedoch, dass die Karte dort das ganze Jahr durchläuft. So waren wir am zweiten Abend im Restaurant gegenüber, welches wohl scheinbar auch zu Mercure gehört. Das Essen dort war für einen solch touristischen Ort ebenfalls sehr gut.
Die Anfahr zum Hotel ist jedoch trotz Navi recht unübersichtlich. Tipp, der vom Hotel im Vorfeld übermittelte Code für die Parkschranke wird für die Hauptzufahrt zum Ort benötigt.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mercure Mont Saint-Michel. The location is excellent just a short walk or shuttle ride from the entrance to Mont-Saint-Michel, making it a convenient base for exploring the island, especially during early morning or evening when the crowds are fewer.||||The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the essentials. I appreciated the quiet surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing clear directions and tips about visiting the abbey and nearby restaurants.||||The on-site restaurant served a good breakfast and a variety of dinner options. Parking was easy and secure, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing.||||A great choice if you’re looking for comfort and convenience near one of France’s most iconic landmarks.

I had a small no frills room but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good except that a few lines from the same song were played in a loop. It went from funny to annoying pretty quickly. The hotel is ideally located and the shuttle stop is in front of the hotel.

Très bon hôtel. Très bien situé (environ 30 minutes à pied du Mont Saint Michel), le petit déjeuner était excellent, beaucoup d'équipements. A recommander absolument.

Nous considérons cet hôtel comme propre et recommandable. Le Mont St. Michel est à portée de main. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La nourriture est bonne et le petit déjeuner généreux. L'hôtel est très fréquenté en raison de l'attraction touristique.

Nous étions déjà venus au printemps 2019 et avons choisi à nouveau cet hôte pour venir au mont Saint Michel avec des amis. Très bon accueil mais apprécions beaucoup les prestations du restaurant attenant. Nous recommandons vivement.
