Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel plein de charme et idéalement situé près du Nord de mer. Dommage que la décoration et les équipements soient un peu désuets ou inutilisables (jacuzzi cassé et non fonctionnel).

Je viens régulièrement et j'ai réservé pour 2 nuits en soirée étape. Pour ma deuxième nuit ma chambre n'a pas été faite en recouche. J'ai signalé le problème avant d'aller dîner mais la personne à l'accueil n'a su que me dire. Le lendemain lors du check out J'ai rappelé le problème en ajoutant que le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. La personne m'a simplement indiqué que je pouvais faire une réclamation à la direction. Aucun message de suivi depuis. 9L'emplacement est sympa, le TO également mais le confort du client ne semble pas une priorité. Surprenant !

Nice old hotel overlooking the beach. No free parking and paid spaces are limited and very expensive so do a quick luggage drop then drive back to the quayside for free parking – 10 minute walk back to hotel. Receptionist wasn't the most friendly or helpful. Breakfast was expensive and adjoining restaurant fully booked for evening meal (even when we tried booking early morning same day) so we stayed 'room only' and found breakfast and evening food in nearby cafés and restaurants. Small lift to residence floors. Room was comfortable with extra chairs, min-bar and tea/coffee with water provided (our's wasn't a standard room). Bath with hand-held shower attachment. Great view of the beach but some evening noise from below with windows open (no air-con). Nice, busy 'English Victorian' style pub nearby and plenty of choices for food and drink within a 10-15 minute walk.
