Cet ancien "Bonsaï hôtel" semble un peu laissé à l'abandon côté entretien, la vétusté crie de ci de là... pas de chance pour moi, au deuxième étage, un soir de grand vent (ok on est à Cherbourg mais quand même), la porte palière est en ruine, laisse donc passer l'air sous la porte de chambre et il faut mettre le chauffage à fond pour compenser les courants d'air... Bref, pas cher, on en a pour son argent, sans plus...

As a professional tourism who has worked in the tourism sector for twenty years, I would like to tell you not about the dozens of problems of the rooms or the hotel but about the attitude of the staff towards the guests, which is the first priority of a tourism . I would like to ask the receptionist (she is the owner of the hotel) for a room in the middle section instead of a corner section, if there is one, it is a very easy and reasonable request, they said there was no corner room but gave a middle room to someone else, I do not know of any behavior as bad as lying to a guest …

C'est le deuxième séjour à cet hôtel le premier s'est bien déroulé quant au deuxième c'est une autre histoire: la cuve des toilettes qui fuit (supplice de la goutte d'eau toutes les nuits) j'ai demandé pour une réparation ou un changement de chambre mais rien n'a été fait et je n'ai même pas eu de geste commercial... pour finir le petit déjeuner à 6€50 pour 3 malheureux bouts de brioche c'est abusé. Pour mon prochain déplacement professionnel je suis certain de ne pas revenir.
