Having paid 300GBP+ per night I would expect the room cards to work consistently at the very least. Please fix your system.

Very traditional and old fashioned place. Staff is friendly, public areas are at least clean and some sort of cosy. Room is a disaster! Dirty, old 1980 devices, air-condition sounds like a chainsaw and windows are there. Would not go there unless you have an urgent reason.

I am a solo traveller and this hotel has been very comfortable for me. The a/c is very effective and the room amenities sufficient. There is a small fridge and they place water bottles there every day. The housekeeping is immaculate and the mattress very comfortable. They gave me an enormous glass of freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast and the continental was sufficient for me. You might think of ordering a la carte if you have a bigger appetite. As expected , the staff are all very kind and helpful .
The downside ? It is a noisy room. I face the street and the noise is not muffled at all . Last night doors were being banged continuously until 2. Am which was daunting. Would I stay here again ? Absolutely .

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and a great location. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed here for about a week and used the concierge, bar, and restaurant. The food and drinks were very good. We had breakfast but not the buffet.

Very clean and good atmosphere and more friendly staff and good knowledge and housekeeping very helpful and concierge best knowledge and reception friendly SAID and Mahdi And Carlos I recommended for all and hotel location very close to central Selfridges and Bond Street station and I premise to come back to hotel

Outstanding hotel. Pisition is perfect for a Lonfon getaway . Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms are beautifully clean, and well maintained. Very tastefully furnished yoo, with a wonderful bar lounge area on the street level. Superb!!!

Un très bon hôtel situé à proximité d'Oxford Street (métro Bond Street). Les tarifs sont ceux d'un 4 étoiles, mais les prestations valent le coup. Personnel agréable. Chambres spacieuses et décorées à l'anglaise (version moderne).
