We love it here. Gorgeous room, love the bath and bath robes. Good coffee machine, and we really appreciated the fridge with fresh milk. Staff friendly and helpful, generous breakfast. Sport on TV. It's like your favourite local pub with luxury rooms

A quiet Fuller's pub, a short walk from Waterloo and Blackfriars stations. A very smart interior which really makes you think you may have gone in to the wrong building - very classy. The place wasn't huge, but was well laid out with loads of room to stand or wander about with a slightly raised area the other side of the bar. Comfortable seating just inside in front of beautiful huge windows and an exquisite 'Alice in Wonderland' ceiling in the area toward the back. I did have the fish and chips here and it was lovely - unfortunately they were not the crispy kind. As I said it really was a lovely piece of fish, I'm just one of those sad people who like it crispy. The Guinness was excellent

Lovely cozy Hotel. Very well located!
The Rooms are cozy and have everything you need. From water to coffee and bathroom essentials. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Also the free Breakfast was amazing. Didn't expected it tbh but it was very nice. Highly recommended for everyone who is vegan and looks for a Hotel with nice breakfast options.
The Hotel also has a Pub.
Overall a very nice experience in a very sweet 3* Hotel.

Staying in a room and eating in the Pub.
I have no complaints. The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is UBER helpful.
The location is good. The tube is not too far of a walk, and there are some very good restaurants within walking distance. There is a Waitrose across the street and other useful stops.
The Pub... Very cool, very friendly, very clean. I have had the chips, veg, and burger. All good, but I will rave about the burger. I am particular. I appreciate a twist on the ordinary, and this burger has something different than others. I added streaky bacon to mine (why not), but I believe it is the onions that set this apart. I am guessing marinated with tarragon. So feckin good on this burger. I asked for extra mayo and added a little here and there. My husband had the fish pie and Venison Casserole, he would choose the Venison again. However, he kept sharing my burger, so....

Sehr tolles Hotels. Ideal die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es liegt sehr zentral. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Frühstück war lecker. War ein Aufenthalt wert und ich würde auch wieder kommen.

A pleasantly quirky place, playing on the locale's association with hat making over the years.

We called in on our way back to Waterloo from the city, and had a quick glass of wine while watching Italy beat Scotland in the Six Nations.

Had a Sunday Roast and it was quite a large portion, larger than expected by the price but every bit of it was delicious! A quality sirloin steak with roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips and cabbage and a great big Yorkshire pudding and gravy boat on each plate! As well as creamy cauliflower in cheese. Absolutely divine! Would recommend.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and they always managed to adapt to my schedule. National express bus stop was across the road and if you rent a bike the location is ideal 10 minutes from Soho, Big eye, Borough Market… Direct bus to King Cross available as well. The Mad Hatter could have been stronger with the Alice in wonderland theme but I still liked it. Hair dryer, full tea/coffee set and toothbrush and nail clippers provided. Overall I had a great stay. Would recommend.

I phoned the hotel direct ( the best way ) and spoke to Del. She was charming, welcoming and efficient and booked my room. Luke on reception behaved in a similar way and went to the room to personally to check whether it was ready. In the evening Sammy had taken over and was kind enough to book an Uber on my phone as I was unfamiliar with the process. The room was perfect in every way. Tea and coffee facilities, free chocolates and biscuits and a complimentary mini-bar with water and my favourite bitter " London Pride". What more could I want? The Mad Hatters Hotel was a real find and I recommend it highly. Thank you everybody you're a real credit to a great hotel!! I can't wait to return. ~ Richard.

Long weekend in London, staying at the Mad Hatter Hotel. Fantastic location, staff and room. Rooms were fresh and clean, staff throughout were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the resteraunt meals were superb! Will definitely be back.

Phenomenal location, extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff. Fun pub for all your dining and beverage needs. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are mildly dated, and could use a refresh, but the beds are comfortable and overall our experience was outstanding.

솔직히 객실에는 머물지 않았어요 ^^ 그럼에도 왜 별이 5개냐구요? 두번 라운지를 방문하면서 메뉴와 맥주를 먹고난 후 객실은 보지않아도 완벽할거라는 확신이 들어서 별점을 주었어요 너무 행복한 시간을 즐기게 해주신 직원분들께 감사해요^^
