It was my worst night at the hotel so far, I booked mezzanine, and haven’t been able to sleep for half of the night because of the constantly creaking floors around my room, CONSTANTLY working washing machine somewhere upstairs. Sheets were clean, breakfast is fair, nothing special, there was no toothpaste and half-empty bottles of shampoo at my room :/ overall disappointment

Good value for money. We had a charming room with a balcony. Included breakfast was a plus — basic options and plenty of coffee. Toiletries and towels could be better.

Thank you a lot for you hospitality. Everything was perfect! Good rooms, service everyday, good breakfast. Staff help us to organise early breakfast and that was very cute.

Friendly clean and comfortable
Room could be refreshed but clean and comfortable with good shower.
Breakfast was plentiful and in a very nice orangery looking out onto a garden.
Samy welcomed in well and signed me out with a smile.
I will return when next in area.

Hotel had all we needed for an overnight stay. Nice room with a nice view. Warm and comfortable. Breakfast was good and car parking was ok, if a bit of a squeeze.

The hotel was okay, quite small and can feel a bit cramped at times. Mostly had issues with the staff (not all of them) but particularly the afternoon receptionist was exceptionally rude to me during my whole 20-day stay.

Would easily give 5 star if room sizes, breakfast options and waiting area for work etc were more ample. Staff are incredibly efficient and helpful. They are very well planned for ones arrival and are extremely well trained. The location is an absolute dream. Most cost effective hotel in the entire London. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely recommend to others.

I got an apartment that is booked through the hotel. It was nothing like the photo. I upgraded the room to a 4 poster bed, but was disappointed it was very basic. The furniture was very basic as well. They could have wiped the table, it had cup stains ☹️.
The location is excellent, very close to a tube station.

Loved the charming room and the complimentary breakfast. It was quite hot during my stay and the A/C wasn't as strong as I would have liked. However I kept the window open and managed.

Room furniture could be a bit more simple, some nice wood carved wardrobe gets in the middle of opening doors. The dinning room also has some uncomfortable seating, very unpractical, maybe nice for a private home but the management should definitely re-evaluate ease of use around the hotel. Service however is very good, almost all staff have a true sense of hospitality.

Room did not look nearly as nice as photos make it appear. Small, cramped, and needs refreshing. Could barely fit 2 people in the elevator. Close walk to dining and underground was the only good part of this stay. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Was the priciest out of all of our stay (197 pounds) on a weekday and the lowest quality by far.
