Great location, old building charm and friendly staff. Printed literature says breakfast at 6:30 M-F but when arrived at restaurant on Thursday morning breakfast isn't until 7AM. So be sure and ask because literature is incorrect.

Amazing hotel. Love this hotel for many reasons. It's just outside the Gloucester Street Station so easy to get to any place from this location. The hotel it self is a heritage building. Close to 150 years of history. The building and interior is very English looking. The staff is very good and helpful. They will help you in any way they can. Love that this hotel has a door man. Concierge is amazing. Will give you a quick rundown on what you need to see and the easiest way to get to the place and also timing of all things. Ask them for tickets. They often have their own system where we don't have access to purchase. In case you can't purchase online tickets ask Concierge for help and they will do the best to get you tickets. The hotel has a very nice bar and a restaurant. The Singaporean restaurant is a must try. Food is soo good. The Nasi goreng and the Lamb chops are a must try. USB points available on the bed side.
This hotel is amazing for Solo travellers as they got a small room type which is good enough for a single person. Reasonably priced to meet the solo travel market. Try the Cosy Single room type on the hotel website. Toilets in this building are pull flush. It's an experience by itself. Not seen these old systems for some time. Loads of food options in the street as well. All in all my best stay in London. Enjoy the stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean big rooms, and amazing breakfast and dinner restaurant. Optimally located near the Gloucester tube, and near South Kensington. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Brilliant location opposite Gloucester Road Tube Station. Room was lovely and spacious (rm 315). Very clean and items well stocked. Staff very polite and attentive. Huge choice for breakfast and food in the restaurant was lovely. Definitely would recommend to others and would definitely go back.

This hotel is a real gem. The rooms are just lovely. Super comfortable with great furniture pieces and everything you need. The staff are so kind and the hotel is just beautiful. The location is awesome! So many great restaurants nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, metro, just a step away from the hotel. We enjoyed it so much we hope to be back. Part of why we loved London so much was this hotel stay! Thank you everyone and thanks Gary for the recommendations!

Great location across from the tube and with many stores in the area. Our issue was with the room itself in which the air conditioning did not work. Even on full cold at full blast, nothing. Maintenance said they fixed it but it did nothing. They provided a small table fan but it didn't help much. For the cost of the room, which was significant, this was unacceptable.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was a beautiful room, worth every dollar spent. The location was terrific, right next to the Gloucester Road tube station on the Piccadilly Line. The breakfasts and afternoon teas were incredible. The entire staff was always ready and willing to help. The restaurant manager is perhaps the best, most involved restaurant manager I have ever seen. I hope we get to visit London again and stay at the Bailey's.

While I've stayed at the Baileys a number of times in the past, this time my room was tiny and substandard. When I asked to be moved I was told this was the type of room I booked so another 'would be the same'.

Worst of all, I awoke with 7 bites on my body from what I can only assume were bedbugs. Looks like Paris has come to the Baileys!

I stayed at the Bailey’s Hotel London during my college education abroad emersion. It was an amazing stay!! The concierge service was incredible, and, with Gloucester underground right across the street, the hotel's locations is ideal for accessing all parts of London in a timely manner.

the hotel is perfectly located directly next to Gloucester station in Kensington, very nice neighbourhood;
the service in the hotel was excellent, the staff very polite and helpful
rooms: great to have a EU socket, and USB connection and an iron for the business clothing etc.

Excellent rooms and service, and the Glouchester Road underground station right across the street, meaning a 15-minute direct ride to the views of London.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for my birthday. Unfortunately, I accidentally left one of my shopping bags in the room after checkout. We rang the hotel as soon as we realised and were told to email the conscierge, who contacted us the following day to say that the cleaner didn't report finding anything in our room which is odd since I know exactly where in the room I left the bag. This unfortunately has put a dampener on my experience of the hotel and I won't be returning.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and had a great time both for the room, for the cleanliness and for the excellent location very close to the Gloucester road tube station. I enjoyed my stay and felt it was priced appropriately! Convenient walking and right beside a tube station makes it easy to transfer as needed! The decor is lovely too and room was comfy! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful!
