Hotel situado en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. La habitación era bonita y acogedora. El desayuno sencillo pero estaba bien. El baño era bastante pequeño pero para dos personas es suficiente. Repetiríamos en este hotel.

J’ai passé 5 jours/ 4 nuits dans cet hôtel.
Il est idéal pour un voyageur seul ou en couple. J’ai bénéficié d’une petite chambre au rez de chaussée. Petite mais propre, avec des prises USB. La salle de bain était petite mais correcte.
J’ai été très bien accueillie par Amber, nous avons partagé des conversations très agréables pendant mon séjour.
Elle a apporté une touche d’humanité pendant mon séjour.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Le seul bémol reste l’insonorisation des chambres.
Il est idéal pour un voyageur seul ou en couple. J’ai bénéficié d’une petite chambre au rez de chaussée. Petite mais propre, avec des prises USB. La salle de bain était petite mais correcte.

Booked 3 nights, stayed 1 night. Nothing sums this hotel experience. From my 1 night I experienced vulgar screaming from multiple rooms, causing me to request to change my room. However the hotel couldn’t assure me that I wouldn’t it experience it again, and they sternly refused a refund.

Eu não tive a experiência que esperava ter, no primeiro momento o wi-fi não funcionou, a cama do quarto não estava fixa, se movia com facilidade e fazia barulho. O único ponto positivo é a limpeza, tudo muito limpo e cheira bem. As aves do lado de fora também são muito barulhentas. Para piorar a minha experiência, no primeiro dia do ano, o recepcionista foi super grosso conosco, uma ignorância e mau humor que nos deixou desanimados. Então devido a esse último ponto, definitivamente não voltaremos.

If you can avoid staying at this place please do. My boyfriend booked us a stay for the night and we originally were given a room on the top floor which was 79 stairs and no lift! Upon entering the room we were severely dissatisfied, the bed sheets had yellow stains all over and the carpet was dirty and stained, the window was rusty and hard to open and the bathroom was in a separate room to the actual hotel room. We complained and were relocated to another room in the basement which was essentially a downgrade. The room was smaller and had a strange sewage like smell which refused to go away and made me gag. We could also hear the conversations of the rooms adjacent very loudly. Additionally, we weren’t given any pillows in this room and the receptionist made my boyfriend climb back up to the top floor to get the ones from our previous room. Staying here made me feel extremely grimy and I won’t be making that mistake again. Also we didn’t feel safe as a key was left in the room to an adjacent room (which we can only assume must’ve been another guests room). The only upside was the location was fine.

Muy agradable experiencia, sobre todo porque ellos escuchan y consideran tus necesidades. Fuimos dos familias y nos ubicaron en cuartos contiguos.

Sauber, Bad deutlich größer als in anderen Hotels am Ort. Frisch renoviert, sehr gutes Früstück für die Preisklasse.

It was like being at home! The lady who welcomed us was very kind and always put us at ease. Very quiet and in an area that allows easy travel. We will be back.

To the management team at the Caring Hotel, thank you for being accommodating of an elderly Veteran who's booking got mixed up, and after a couple of calls the management team generously accommodated my elderly friend.
People care, and I can say - after having talked to them - that the Caring Hotel is caring, I'll definitely plan on staying there when I'm London and need a good hotel to stay at.

Миленький отель, хотя на верхнем этаже для душа используется достаточно громкий насос. Это немного удивило. В остальном тут хорошо) хотя боюсь представить вид из номера на этажах пониже. Вероятно в двор колодец.

Habitaciones ridículamente minúsculas sin sitio para sentarse y sin armario para sacar las cosas de la maleta. Por no hablar del baño donde te dabas con la repisa del espejo en la frente cuando te lavabas la cara. El personal un poco seco. Ni idea de castellano y ningún esfuerzo por entenderse.

Last minute booking after a bad experience with a hotel nearby.

Rooms are very small - nice bathroom - couldnt even open both suitcases, we we on the 4th floor which was a hike up with no elevator, location and service is great, good for the price but dont expect a big room.
