The hotel is on a lovely, quiet street but is within a few minutes of all the amenities Hammersmith has to offer. We were greeted by the lovely Theodore, who got us checked in and gave us lots of valuable information about the area and, importantly, how to get to The Apollo. As I am disabled he kindly moved us to a room with better access for me, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, and the linen fresh. There was complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but you are close to many food outlets. I was very happy with our stay and would certainly return for a further visit.

Nettes kleines Hotel. Gut für alle, die kein Frühstück brauchen und den Tag mit Tee und löslichen Kaffee starten wollen. Nur die Betten sind deutlich zu kurz für meine 190cm.

Everything as expected tea/coffee television in the room however there's no sound proofing and the shower did take a bit of time to warm up. Nice place I would use it again because there were no issues with anything and the location is great

Εμφανιστήκανε συμπτώματα σε μένα και μετά στην γυναίκα μου ευτυχώς το παιδί δεν εμφανίστηκαν
Ας ελπίσουμε ότι δεν τα έχουμε μεταφέρει στην Ελλάδα
Τα πατώματα είναι ξύλινα με αποτέλεσμα να τρίζουν με το παραμικρό

Amazing gem of London, this beautiful boutique hotel is a perfect place for visitors. Impeccable clean rooms equipped with anything you might need from a mini fridge to the safe and an ironing board. Run by warm and welcoming people and located on a quiet road near the tube lines of Hammersmith. Walking distance to the river bank with its serene views across the Themes and its many pubs and restaurants as well as Riverside Studios for film fans. Short bus ride away from the Chelsea stadium for football fans also. Lots of different sightseeing tours and days out to choose from that are easily arranged by the amazing hotel staff.

Great location if you are visiting the Eventim Apollo. Just a 5 minute walk to the theatre, tube stations, shops and restaurants. Hotel is good for a weekend in London. Hotel is on a busy road which is a bus route so expect a little noise but it didn't bother us that much. Rooms are basic with tea and coffee making facilities and the mini fridge came in handy, which is something you don't always see in most hotels. Easy check in and the guy who was dealing with us was very nice and explained everything. The hotel is actually spread over 2 properties. The main property where you check in has a number of rooms but our room was in the next adjoining property, which you have to go outside to get into. Not really a problem unless you have some mobility issues as there are steps to both doors so unsuitable for wheelchairs. Again access to upper rooms in our property are by stairs only (4 flights) and are a little steep. No lift. Again might be a disadvantage for those with mobility issues. But despite that the hotel served its purpose. We found it good for the price and location. I would definitely stay again.

Located conveniently next to malls and a short walk to Hammersmith Station, Adria is a perfect launchpad. Easy access to the airport and to city center. Could do with a microwave in suite

My friend and I stayed last night. We were welcomed by the porter/manager? who was very knowledgeable of the area etc. Our room was on the first floor which was accessed by some steep stairs. Neither of us are very mobile so the stairs were difficult. Please put a right hand side banister on.
Just before going to bed we discovered a problem and the manager/owner kindly found us another room. We found another problem in this room and this too was dealt with quickly and efficiently!!
We had a good night's sleep and the shower was lovely. We would have loved to have had breakfast but alas, there are no facilities.
If you are fit and healthy, I would heartily recommend The Adria.

No breakfast, but there are plenty of opportunities to get breakfast around. small rooms, clean and well suite. Value for money is good.

We, the there Dutchies stayed here last week for 3 nights.
On all levels I can say an excellent hotel, with a nice atmosphere great service in a beautiful Victorian building.

It's an old creaky floored hotel without a lift and steep stairs; however the staff will give you a hand if you need it. Couldn't lock our door from the inside. Not too much road noise in our room. Very handy for Hammersmith's bars and shops. Close to Underground Station too. Staff are friendly. Clean, comfy bed. Tiny ensuite. Could do with a refit. No restaurant. A small fridge, tea milk and coffee in room.

Beau séjour dans une chambre double.

La chambre à notre arrivée était très propre. Le nettoyage des chambres est fait tous les jours. La chambre était comme sur les photos, avec des produits de toilettes, un bouilloire, des biscuits... Des serviettes et des couvertures en plus si besoin.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans un endroit calme, à 5 minutes du métro Hammersmith.
Très bon accueil, et aucuns problèmes avec le services de bagageries.
Le personnel est clair, et présent toute la journée, sauf de 2h à 7h du matin.

Attention, pas de prises européennes, plutôt 1 seul prise de type port USB.

Les seuls points négatifs étaient la pression de la chasse d'eau qui était faible, l'eau chaude un peu capricieuse et les portes des couloirs et des chambres qui claquent forts.

Mais dans l'ensemble, ce fut un très bon séjour

The room itself was okay. Okay to me means no bugs. The shower was mostly clean and the rubbish wasn't empty (possibly to save on bags).

The man who checked us in was okay enough at first. I misunderstood the instructions due to culture difference and my key opened another guest's door! She was most distraught (understandably) and the man who gave me the key blamed me and my being American. I let him know my key shouldn't have opened her door, even if I made a mistake.

He complained about me to the other guests he was checking in about these people who can't read a number.

I felt unsafe sleeping there because what if someone is everyone's key could open our room!

Definitely a cheap London hotel. Wish I had spent the money for a nicer place.

We had a family room for 4. Room was spacious and super clean. Bathroom was small, but also super clean. Cleaning and new towels every day. Despite being a small house, checkin was no issue around midnight. Great location, 2 mins walk to Hammersmith station. Same 2 mins to shops. The room also had a tiny fridge on top of the promised amenities. Website pictures are a little highlighted.
Well done. I'd say best value for money, no wonder they are fully booked. Would return anytime.

Someone came into my room with their key/card. Thankfully I was in there and awake. Then the owner came to say "it shouldn't have opened, are you sure you locked the door?" Then he said he was gonna "reset it" with a computer, he came back and put another card and it opened the lock and he said "ok". I also noticed that the windows didn't seem to really lock (sliding windows). In other words : I have not slept a minute that night.
