ロンドンでは、他国から来た親戚と一緒に行動しました。
宿泊前に、予約の確認、室内の環境について、親戚と部屋を近くにしてほしいことを、e-mailで連絡をしました。ホテルのスタッフはいつも素早く私に返事と対応をしてくれました。
スタッフの皆さんは笑顔で親切だったと、母は喜んでいました。
彼女にとってとても良い思い出になりました。

- Provide plugs for the rooms beside the busy train station
- Flush the toilet before the guest arrives
- Leave more than a single tissue in the bathroom in case the guest needs more than one
- Leaking kettle
- Tried to order a drink at the bar but got directed to seat and had to offer from there, with service charge ????
- Mentioned company 10% discount when ordering but this was forgotten when given the bill unfortunately
The rooms are lovely and clean and the bed super super soft and breakfast was very fresh and staff very friendly and welcoming
I will be returning again very soon.
The front of house team made the visit more impressive with there politeness and welcoming nature
Quiet rooms which is uncommon in london.Room is fully prepped with everything you need.
Staff and service is excellent everyone was helpful and kind.
We even got a late checkout with no issue until 1 pm.
I will be visiting again just for the customer service.
