L'emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de la gare qui est centrale et permet donc d'avoir un accès rapide à toutes les lignes de métro. Le personnel est gentil et serviable et tout est très propre. Le bémol réside dans les portes donnant sur les couloirs : elles laissent passer de la lumière et le couloir est toujours allumé. Au-delà de ce petit défaut pas si gênant tout était parfait, nous reviendrons la prochaine fois que nous nous rendrons à Londres !

Hôtel idéalement situé, à 100m de king’s cross, ça sera le seul point positif du séjour. Chambre payée 110€ la nuit pour ne pas avoir les toilettes et la douche dans la chambre… de plus, ceux ci étaient mal équipés, pas de tapis de bain, à peine de quoi poser ses affaires dans la douche, bref, il ne fallait pas passer après tout l’hôtel car il y avait de l’eau partout assez rapidement.
Ménage pas fait tous les jours dans la chambre. Je pense qu’on peut trouver mieux à ce prix à Londres.

Such a great hotel, stayed for one night as had an early start from King's Cross Station Next day and the train station is so close to hotel. Staff where all really helpful and welcoming. Room tidy and a little small but fine for one night, beds very comfortable

DO NOT BOOK HERE. The owner was the rudest person I’ve ever met. We just tried to book a luggage storage here and she kicked us out after 5 minutes of not getting a confirmation and shamed us for not booking with the right app even though we are obviously not from here. She told us to not let the door hit us on the way out after us being nothing but polite. Called us names and slammed the door on us on the way out.

The owner of the hotel was aggressive, unhelpful and extremely rude. Would not recommend you stay here or leave your luggage here. She yelled us out the door for booking with a third party luggage service through stasher to leave it for just three hours and was completely unable to recognize the valid booking we had. The luggage room downstairs was full and they were still allowing bookings. She was unwilling to make any calls to confirm with them or help us through the process. Horrible experience and extremely rude service by the owner herself. Zero stars if I could.

No A/C. Had to leave windows open all night for air. Room was next to a school and alley. Really small and cramped room. Hard to even sleep here. Wouldn’t really recommend the area unless you need to travel by rail.

Excellent location for King's Cross, Saint Pancras or even for a longer walk to the British Museum through nice neighborhoods.
The linen was impeccable, rooms quiet, beds comfortable, good water and room temperature and the receptionists were always accommodating. They stored our luggage after an early arrival so that we could go sightseeing.

We were sent to the front building, to a basement cuadruple room with private bathroom and shower. Beware of the stairs and lots of doors.
A very safe area, with good options for breakfast at King's Cross station and some restaurants in the neighborhood. There is also a pharmacy and grocery store (M&S) for essentials at the station.

Best location for a good price but they didn’t clean our room for the 3 nights we stayed. The room was really humid because the bathroom vent didn’t work that well. Also we found someone else’s contact lens on the floor and that wasn’t great.

Keep having ants in the room which is very annoying. They said will clear the rubbish bin everyday but didnt.
The location is good but there are many options around. One of my worst hotel experience with this price. Not recommanded.

It was okay. I've had much better hotel experiences for half the price, but i do appreciate that the location is ideal for people travelling early from king's cross st pancras like myself. There are lots of stairs so keep that in mind when booking. The showers are shared and very small as are the toilets. My main issue with the place was quite honestly the appalling WIFI that was so weak it kept disconnecting on all my devices, not what you expect when you paid good money to stay somewhere that claims to have wifi. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was well heated. Aside from being woken up in the night a few times from people coming very loudly up the stairs, I had a good rest.

Les employés étaient très accueillants ! C’est le seul point positif. L’isolation phonique en Angleterre n’existe visiblement pas. Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit avec les bruits de voitures qui klaxonnent toutes les 3 secondes et les alarmes de police et d’ambulance ! J’avais l’impression d’être en extérieur tellement c’était bruyant. Comme dit dans un autre commentaire, le lit est petit pour 2 personnes (sûrement un 120 cm). Puis pour la touche finale, nous savions que la douche et les toilettes étaient communs, mais pas qu’ils seraient sales. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche et une odeur d’humidité renfermé, impossible d’y mettre un pied. Le toilette est minuscule avec un lavabo qui ne fonctionnait pas… Je n’aime pas mettre de mauvaise note lorsque le personnel est agréable mais là… Si vous avez le sommeil léger, passer votre chemin, vous ne vous endormirez pas.

Hôtel très bien situé, en face de St Pancras et près du métro King's Cross. Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres très propres même si un peu petites. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très complet. Un peu cher mais rien n'est donné à Londres.

Situation idéale: dans une petite rue très calme,à 2 pas des gares de King's Cross et St Pancras mais également d'une station de métro et d'arrêt de bus.
Les chambres sont propres, confortables. Il est possible de se faire un café, un thé.
Le petit déjeuner est bien copieux, au choix:continental(pain, beurre, confiture,céréales, croissant...) ou anglais(assiette chaude avec saucisse, bacon, oeuf, haricots à la tomate)+boissons(jus d'orange, café, thé, chocolat).
La propriétaire parle français, est très accueillante et n'hésite pas à répondre à toutes questions.

Les chambres sont de taille correcte, lumineuses avec une literie confortable et bien entretenue, un linge de lit confortable et parfaitement adéquat. sanitaires irréprochables, propreté parfaite. A deux minutes de la gare Eurostar St Pancras, dans une rue au calme.
