Bonjour les Amis, l'accueil était très bien d'ailleurs c'était la seule chose de bien, la chambre était beaucoup trop petite par rapport à ce que l'on nous a vendu pour notre séjour 1 le lit 140 cm sur 200 cm pour nous c'est un lit de une personne, en plus pas accès des deux côtés, 2 la salle d'eau minuscule le WC collé au mur pas possible de s'asseoir comme il faut 3 M carré, la chambre 12 M carré pas de place pour deux personnes juste un tabouret nos vêtements la plus part sont restées dans la valise, la vue était moche,la cerise sur le gâteau c'est que normalement c'est soit disant un hôtel 4 étoiles très franchement c'est hôtel est du même genre que les Formules 1 où ibis, oui le personnel est agréable et à votre disposition mais ça ne suffit pas , Nous avons été très déçu regarder les quelques photos que j'ai fait ça parle d'elle même, heureusement que la visite de Londres était splendide, nous ne reviendrons pas à cette hôtel

Room had no windows and shower was so small I couldn’t move…… Nice design aesthetic and extras like filtered water and chargers in the room but be wary of being put in the basement!

I liked this hotel, clean simple aesthetic. They had an infrared sauna you could book for free and free coffee and sparkling water. The rooms were a bit small but cozy as well. We forgot an item in our room and the hotel was very quick to contact us regarding this. The staff was very friendly as well. Would stay here again.

Mooi hotel op een uitstekende locatie, kamer was goed schoon. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ook ontbijt was goed voor elkaar.

Rooms very small, I can't walk in the qrea between TV and the bed.
Bathroom shower small (could be 75cmx100cm).
Gym is very small capacity one person, you have to select the time slot to enter.

Lovely hotel, immaculate clean rooms,, very helpful staff available to help 24 hours a day. Would use the hotel again when in London.

Very good. The vibe of the place is perfect, there's a delightfully presented library and complimentary coffee 24/7. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The rooms are clean and cozy. Genuine effort has been made to be eco-friendly. Good value for money especially given the experience. Not my first stay and certainly won't be my last.

Hotel con una excelente relación precio/calidad. Muy cerca de todo lo turístico. Cerca a la estación Paddington desde donde vas al Heathrow Airport. Personal preocupado y atento.

No lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Nos dieron una de 14 m2, cuando la que reservamos era de 18m2. Si se reserva a través de booking, las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Sin ayuda para las maletas. En la recepción; a algunos de los recepcionistas les es difícil hacer un ligero gesto de sonrisa. No nos sentimos en un lugar único. La forma en que el manager nos atendió no fue la adecuada. . Una decepción. No volveríamos ni aunque nos saliera gratis.
