Great hotel with character but also luxurious.

Very poor customer service. Was trying to change my reservation in April because of a personal matter but was going to be back in London for a wedding in June. They didn't even give me the option to change my reservation date. Terrible and greedy hotel policy.

I really liked this hotel, very friendly and nice service, the location is amazing everything is close, so I rarely used taxi, I just walked around, the rooms is also very nice, they bring a very peaceful atmosphere

Four of us stayed here one room was a junior suite and the other had a 4 poster bed . Both were stunning, large windows, spacious and very quiet. The lounge and library area for guests were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious but I would say not all the serving staff were that attentive so a little slow , the manager though was amazing.

This is a great little hotel in the historic district. Nice location. Very courteous staff. Our room was less than desirable with a view of bricks and air conditioners. The photos of this place are a total lie. Check it out before booking this place.

We had our luggage and we wanted to explore London before leaving and we left our bags with H, he took them and was amazing! Definitely will be booking this hotel next time I’m in London because of his great service. Thank you again, H.

A huge fan of Kit Kemps design style.
Nothing disappoints!
We were here many years ago for Afternoon Tea.
And decided to return. 4 of us. The greeting at the door was good. Hostess Martha was friendly.
Waitress Brenda tried her best.
Tea arrived.
Two tiered tower of food arrived. Looked and tasted delicious.
We sat and chatted from 2 pm till 4.30.
I just wanted to point out that staff could be more proactive. Replenish the sandwiches before being asked.
We had two tiers… they only brought back one plate of sandwiches. Be generous… cost of sandwich is low.
Compared to a good review by a customer! Waiter left the other tier empty as they had removed the plate. Looks odd.
We had to ask for hot water refill.
These are details that matter. Small as they may be. This group of hotels are highly regarded for their unique style and elegance.
It’s a pity if tiny bits here and there shave portions off that reputation.
