The restrooms floor was so cold that walking barefoot into it was a real shock. As a diamond member I have access to the executive lounge and to be honest, the food and drinks offered their was very poor, even lower in standard on what you get with some Airlines.
This hotel is so very old that you need to heat up your room with the air condition and as soon as you turn it off it's freezing cold again.
The floor looks dirty and some parts of the toilet can definitely need a renovation, see picture.
Personally I did not feel comfortable from the first moment on. Receptionists were friendly though.
