Hôtel au top, j’ai déjà été à celui de Paris durant le Covid, on est toujours bien accueillis, l’hôtel est moderne et bien équipé.
Le petit + : lors du Check in on nous demande si on préfère être en hauteur ou dans les niveaux bas de l’hôtel, si on préfère une vue sur la rue animee, la rue calme ou sur l’intérieur de l’hôtel et si on veut une chambre normale ou bien adaptée pour handicapés etc..
Le personnel est vraiment très aimable et serviable.
Dernière chose : l’emplacement est top, j’ai tout fait à vélo électrique avec ma copine et on a pu aller vraiment partout en vélo, même notting Hill sans difficulté. Je recommande fortement les balades en vélo électrique d’ailleurs.

Quirky, Comfy, Creative! The rooms a really tiny, but functional and you have all you need for a short stay. Loved the huge comfy bed! Modern approach with all room controls on the iPad was also quite cool, and the funky coloured light in the shower a fun plus. Nice shower products as well (not always the case with hotel shampoos & soaps!). Room was clean and surprisingly quiet, considering how tiny and close to each other they are. The hotel staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and the common areas are really well designed - great for a half day "office" or just to chill. Definitely recommend and will return!

I love citizenM hotels and have been a citizenM+ in the past, but I stayed at the bankside hotel on 15th March and had a terrible experience! We stayed in a 2nd floor room, and building works started above us at 1am! A bizarre time to start maintenance and incredibly inconsiderate for guests. I've emailed a complaint and haven't had a reply.

Thanks so much for having us! The hotel looks amazing, with a great bar & seating areas downstairs. The rooms are small but comfortable for 2 people, huuuuge comfy beds. Love how modern they are with the setup on the ipads. The bankside team were amazing & left some treats for my boyfriends birthday, such a nice touch - we really appreciated it. Would definitely come again & would recommend to friends/family.

Central location. Interesting rooms. Small and unusual set up. Good temperature. You are paying for the location because the rooms aren't special at all.

TIENE SECADOR DE PELO, JABON Y CHAMPU. NO HAY CEPILLO DE DIENTES.

I was disappointed with my stay here. This Citizen M location is worn and is in need of refurbishment to be at the standard they usually set. The room wasn't so clean either.
