I've visited Amsterdam in the past, but having stayed at The Conservatorium, I can't imagine choosing any other place. The location is superb, the rooms are exceptionally well-appointed, and the concierge team, in particular, is outstanding. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you all so much for your hospitality. I hope to return soon.

We had coffee and tea in the lobby yesterday. The atmosphere was nice and the waiters were friendly. However, the cappuccino was lukewarm and they serve 3 small treats with the drinks. But why serve 3 treats for 2 people? Are we supposed to share one? I thought that maybe they had made a mistake but when I looked at my neighbours' table it was the same. In the past they would serve two of each treat so I don't know why they changed that. It's not what I expect from a 5-star hotel.

Wij zijn hier geweest om een drankje te doen. Vriendelijk ontvangen, lekker wat gedronken en een leuk sfeertje.

Het conservatorium hotel is op een zeer centrale locatie gelegen. Meerdere metrohaltes voor de deur, veel leuke locaties op loopafstand en andere leuke winkels/bakkerijen in de buurt.

Very disappointing spa experience - kids running around, loud waiting room, no offer of drinks etc. Really no better than a mid-priced local spa, maybe worse. Certainly not worth the premium and much, much worse than our experience at the Waldorf in Amsterdam.

Zeer teleurgesteld, met vrienden wezen eten. Ambiance is zeker goed te noemen, straalt klasse uit maar weet het niet waar te maken. Personeel heeft niet het gewenste niveau van dit type restaurant. Bestelling opnemen, en uitserveren duurt echt veel te lang. Communicatie onvoldoende en afstandelijk. Eten redelijk met hoge prijzen. Na wat ongenoegen te hebben geuit was er wel een luisterend oor... maar de toon was al gezet...heerlijk jammer.
