Great place in the very heart of Amsterdam. Rooms are clean, well stocked minibar and breakfast was fantastic. People at the front desk are very kind and skilled, can help you get around the city and plan your trip.

There was glass on the floor of our room and my wife stepped on a small piece.

We had booked a junior suite. The sitting error was very bare looking and the bathroom was very cramped and uncomfortable. Did not feel worth the price we paid.

The website lists room service, but does not mention it comes from the bar instead of the restaurant. So it is a small selection of light snacks only.

Staff was friendly and the location is great, but we will not be returning.

Everything was good, the location the amenities, the personnel was kind and helpful. The only drawback was that they wanted a refundable guarantee for the days we stayed there which was not mentioned anywhere prior to our reservation, and we found it out during our check in.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location was perfect for visiting all attractions and a really nice surprise was the bus from the airport drops you outside the hotel.

And departure staff were very efficient and polite and our checking in and out was very speedy.
