Quentin Arrive Hotel, a disgraceful symbol of professionalism, Customer Service.. It could charged you even you just touch the hotel door. Only aimed to looting people with their own greedy policies, I never ever recommend the property to anyone. Be careful while booking this property in fact read it's reviews before making a decision to turn your holidays into a nightmare. Thank you.

Great location In the city center everything near to you and you can access all famous spots of Amsterdam within walking distance, friendly and helpful staff

Sehr Gutes Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis, Sauber, Höflich, Hilfsbereit - für meine Verhältnisse erstklassig!

Room was a bit of a nightmare. The bed was absolutely terrible and ended up with back pain. Reported it to reception because it felt as though it was broken. Maintenance could find no problem with it. Had to keep asking for more towels but service was good and staff were super friendly.

It's a one star hotel for a reason, no lift, basic rooms/cells and shared showers. However within those parameters staff are cheerful and polite and the room is clean with a good night's sleep being possible.

Do not stay here if you have mobility issues or if you're a nervous lone (female) traveller.

Персонал отличный.сам по себе отель очень старый как двери и окна.в туалете вытяжка не работала.в душе не хватает крючков.номера чистые,кровати удобные.будьте готовы-парковку мы нашли за два квартала это беда многих отелей в этом районе.развлечение кафэ все рядом.

Personal war sehr unfreundlich würde 0 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte! Ich habe 100 Euro als Depot gezahlt und es hiesse ich bekomme es in 2-5 Tagen wieder zurück Überwiesen, seit einer Woche habe ich nichts gehört vom meinem Geld. Wir sind eine Stunde früher eingecheckt und es stand auf der Website es ist 10 Euro teurer, aber bezahlt habe ich 70 euro… Zimmer waren nicht Sauber auf dem Flur im Treppenhaus standen alte Bettwäsche, Tücher usw. Unsere Betten waren voll mit Schimmel und sehr unbequem mann hat in jeder Ecke versucht zu sparen, Die Dusche hatte einen komischen Gestank und wenn man aufs Klo wollte ging die Türe nicht mehr zu. Zu dritt in einem
Zimmer war das sehr unangenehm und man musste seitlich Sitzen. Die Koffer hoch zu tragen bis zum 3ten Stock und dann noch schmale Treppen es war eine reinste Katastrophe. Ich war schockiert, dass man sowas überhaupt in Europa jemandem anbieten darf…

Una stella è anche troppo francamente. Le foto pubblicate probabilmente risalgono a quando la struttura era stata appena aperta.
Cercando l’ingresso dell’hotel con Maps, ci accorgiamo che l’ingresso corrisponde con il passaggio tra cucina e sala di un ristorante che sta al di sotto dello stesso (credetemi non si capiva dove entrare, una situazione surreale). Arrivati in anticipo chiediamo se si poteva già entrare in camera o lasciare i bagagli (per entrare in anticipo venivamo chiesti ulteriori 10€, non abbiamo capito se a testa o totale, eravamo in 3). Alla fine lasciamo i bagagli in uno sgabuzzino dove c’era anche l’accesso per le celle frigo della cucina del ristorante, uno sgabuzzino tra l’altro molto sporco e disordinato.
A proposito di sporco, asciugamani pieni di capelli e presi da ruggine oltre che bucati, come anche le lenzuola dei letti. Sporco ovunque, dal pavimento ai “comodini” al bagno e sulle superfici. Mancanza di sapone per mani e doccia, nonostante abbiamo chiesto il sapone ci vengono dati dei flaconcini che alla fine erano di lozione corpo (abbiamo rinunciato per non essere troppo pesanti e lo abbiamo comprato da noi).
Letti: effettivamente a parte le lenzuola bucate, ho dormito in letti peggiori, ma ciò non toglie che i letti erano abbastanza sfondati.
Pulizia in generale pessima: il corrimano delle scale appiccicoso e unto, per non parlare dello sporco a terra sulla moquette ed in generale ovunque. Un bidone aspirapolvere (tra l’altro parecchio puzzolente) ci ha fatto compagnia per tutti e quattro i giorni che siamo rimasti lì, davanti alla porta della nostra camera.
L’unica cosa che salva questa struttura è solo la posizione! Ottima, centrale dove poter raggiungere qualsiasi meta a piedi o con i mezzi, piena di locali e negozi. Basterebbe poco in più per renderla più accogliente e meno fatiscente, basterebbe veramente molto poco.
Spero che questa recensione possa essere da stimolo ai gestori dell’hotel per fare di meglio ????

Expect a very modest room, hotel very close to key central points of the city, very kind staff went out of their way to make everything good for us. Rooms are clean and common bathrooms as well.
Enjoyed my stay their and will be goin there again in the future.

Rooms very small. Service good but bath and toilets, although clean, were in the corridors and shared. Quite expensive for this type of hotel

Was ok, a bit loud though.

I got smuggled in to stay a night before heading to a new place. I wont give too high a rating because I stayed so briefly. Service was nice, though I had little interaction; location is right along the edge of concentric rings of canals, as well as by countless coffee shops (as is the rest of Amsterdam). It took a bit of a walk to find dinner. The room was very fun though: being on the top floor, there was an oval window I could jump up to and watch the City out of.

Habitación hyper pequeña, no era lo mismo que se aparto por Booking. Sucio y feo.

Camera deludente ,non corrispondeva alle foto visionate nel sito dell'hotel, letto rifatto una volta su 5 notti.....uniche note positive , la posizione centrale ,e le buone colazioni...La città è bella e non merita la negatività che ti porta soggiornando in un "hotel "così.....peccato .
