my stay was for a night and it was 20€ in a 6 person room, and i got everything i wanted (security, a comfortable place to sleep, proximity to museums) for that price :). I even had my morning coffee and breakfast at the cafe inside the hostel. remember it is a budget hostel, don’t expect a 5 star hotel performance

"I regret to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, your response does not address my concerns. The pre-charge of the first night's stay without clear notice of age policies, along with the poor reception I encountered, greatly impacted my perception of your establishment. I kindly request a refund of the charged amount and urge you to take steps to improve the transparency of your policies and the quality of your customer service moving forward.
