Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Cityden. Nous avons pu louer des vélos directement à l'hôtel ou obtenir des tickets de bus si nécessaire. Notre studio était spacieux et disposait de tous les équipements nécessaires à un séjour confortable. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable. Nous avons également adoré le restaurant sur place. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Cityden pour un séjour agréable à Amsterdam.

Excellent service avec un personnel serviable et amical. Mini-appartement bien équipé, basique, propre et bien entretenu.
Emplacement avec un parc devant avec des tables et des bancs, un peu loin du centre, mais bien desservi par les trams et les bus.

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont des appartements. Cuisine personnelle, ustensiles, lave-vaisselle disponibles. Le nettoyage des chambres n'est pas mauvais mais le canapé-lit était sale. De plus, les coussins du canapé-lit tombaient quand on s'asseyait. ils ont mis 2 lits simples côte à côte pour en faire un lit double. Par conséquent, les lits glissaient constamment et n'étaient pas confortables, mais on peut s'en accommoder pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Il n'y avait pas de pantoufles dans les salles de bains. L'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes de la place du Dam en bus. Il y a des endroits appropriés pour le petit-déjeuner dans le quartier. Il peut être préféré pour des séjours courts, même si ce n'est pas le cas pour des séjours longs.

Pas d'accès par l'arrière du parking, il faut faire le tour.
Chaque fois que nous devons entrer, il faut porter la poussette dans les escaliers d'accès.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Bon emplacement pour conduire autour d'Amsterdam.

Très bon choix, emplacement et accès aux transports publics. Très propre, spacieux et confortable. Excellent service. Petit déjeuner idéal.

Tout est ok, appartement bien entretenu mais un peu loin du centre à pied.

Ce fut un excellent séjour à un bon prix. Facile d'accès, personnel sympathique, chambres confortables.

Long trajet depuis le centre ville, coûtant une fortune en Ubers. Pas idéal pour les personnes handicapées. Le personnel était serviable et agréable à discuter. La nourriture au café était excellente, nous avons apprécié notre séjour

Nous n'avons pas reçu de nouvelles serviettes, même lorsque nous l'avons demandé par une carte sur la porte. Nous avons dû demander manuellement à la réception. Ils ne changent pas les lits non plus. Le personnel était très gentil et l'enregistrement et le départ ont été faciles. Accès facile aux transports en commun vers le centre d'Amsterdam.

Bel établissement, situé en dehors du centre mais bien desservi par le métro, le bus et le tramway.
J'ai eu des problèmes avec l'air conditionné en fait la ventilation était difronte au lit et donc l'air conditionné devant toute la nuit nonostente avait été éteint par le thermostat.
Terrible, un lit qui n'avait rien à faire là.
Après réclamation problème résolu en éteignant complètement le système, mais mort de chaleur xche vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir les fenêtres.
Le personnel a fait de son mieux pour résoudre le problème et c'est pourquoi 3 étoiles, pas 1

Well located hotel . About 2.5k from city centre , we walked everywhere . Lovely park beside it for kids . Very clean , spacious and quiet . Restaurant was very clean , lovely breakfast and excellent service . Fantastic for anyone travelling in a group .

Perfect for a friends trip, nice stuff nd wide nd comfy rooms. Highly Recommended

Enjoyed my trip and felt the prices for what we got were reasonable and the place was clean.

The only issue we had was the battery ran out on the door and we were locked out for a while one night.

Nous avons loué des vélos avec l'hôtel en laissant une caution de 50€ par vélo soit 200€
Après s'être fait volé UN seule vélo l'hôtel à décidé de garder la caution de 200€ et aussi la caution de l'hôtel dont le montant s'élève à 350€ soit 550€ de caution qu'ils n'ont pas voulu nous remettre à notre départ.
L'hôtel soit disant avait porté plainte et après nous êtres rendu au commissariat aucune olainte n'a été déposé
Cet hôtel sont des VOLEURS alors qu'on sait très bien qu'ils ont des assurances

The place was good overall, however after coming home, I realized I have forgotten a pair of jeans at one of the lockers in the room me and my friends booked. I called the hotel 6 days after our visit to ask if they could help and check for the lost item - giving the room number, names and the time period of the visit. They said nothing was found. Doubt it - it seems like too much work for them and they just don't care.

Un super hôtel, on était 4, il y avait un lit double très grand et super confortable, et un canapé dépliant 2 places, l’appartement est super joli, tout propre, l’accueil était au top

Nearby the bus stop and it took us 30 minutes to the city center. It provides a kitchen to cook (with washing machine)that’s convenient. However the room is too dark!! Also be careful to sleep on the bed because it almost splits into two pieces while laying on it.

Mixed feelings about the place: we changed the apartment directly at arrival, because the first one they offered us was directly to the very large and loud main street and the furniture was really not in good shape (sofa full of stains etc.). Change was no problem and staff was very friendly and helpful. The second apartment was clean and spacious but missed some details to be really good: bed very, very soft. Too soft for us, uncontrollable heating, windows could only be opened a bit, bathroom very small and a leaking shower, no service at all (no change of towels, no cleaning…)…But overall very stylish and nice. So our main problem was the security of the place: fire alarm went on several times, also in the middle of the night. The area is not very attractive, not much to do and see and groups of young men up all night. So we did not feel really safe, although nothing happened. Supermarkets are close and there is a direct bus to the city centre (20mins). So I would not really recommend it for a family trip.

Endangerment of customers, defamation and wrongful deduction of deposit

I would have liked to tell you that this experience went off without a hitch, but that was without taking into account the endangerment of my person by not checking the standard of the smoke detectors, a false accusation without proof of an act of vandalism and a wrongful deduction of the deposit.

We arrived in a clean room with no problems whatsoever, just a small piece of cloth on the ceiling. Not having identified it directly as anything abnormal I didn't report it on the first day. At the end of my stay, I was accused of having put a sock on the smoke detector. Of course, I denied this, as I was in no way the perpetrator of this act of vandalism. However, my word was called into question with every call, every e-mail exchanged AND I was robbed - and I do mean robbed - of the deposit I had paid at the start of my stay. No proof was provided that I was the author of this act, yet my deposit was improperly and dishonestly deducted. How is the deduction of a deposit justifiable, since nothing was stolen, broken or damaged during my stay (which is what a deposit is for)? An act of vandalism like putting a sock on a smoke detector is extremely dangerous and reckless, but I don't have to pay for the actions of others. My word has never been heard.
The team and management preferred to question my word rather than admit that there had been a failure in their protocol for cleaning and checking rooms. If you can't ensure that the room is up to standard before renting it out, then there's a problem. I didn't want to take legal action because I know it would be long, costly and complicated as I don't live in Amsterdam. Nevertheless, I could have filed a complaint for personal endangerment, since it hadn't been checked before my arrival that the smoke detector was up to standard, for defamation and for misuse of the deposit.

I had to accept a 50/50 compromise because as a student I can't afford to write off €150. However, I find this situation absolutely outrageous on principle. My advice to you is to stay away from this company and find other accommodation.

Terrible experience. Room are extremely expensive and little. You will find way better alternative in the city.

El departamento fue muy agradable acogedor, moderno y bonito. Lo único que nos hizo falta fue más iluminación en la cocina por la noche, ya que en el día la luz entraba por la ventana.También está cerca del centro de Amsterdam y las paradas de bus, tranvía y metro están a poca distancia del alojamiento.
