The music in the bar is very depressing

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and left this morning. The location is amazing. 2 min walk from the station which takes you everywhere you need to be. The room was good, not very clean which is a no no from us. We originally got given a room which still had someone staying in, woman on reception sorted it asap even tho we was before our check in time. No problem. This hotel is not very sociable. No one says morning, or evening. We left this morning, no one thanked us for our stay. Everything is done on iPads. The hotel is very picture perfect with a floor with free coffee and tea. 7/10.

Honestly one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was perfect and clean. They even welcome you with a free chocolate and drinks which was very cute. We landed into Amsterdam abit early and our check in was at 3pm luckily the women front desk was happy to let us in at 12pm. Their bar section was very nice and had most drinks to offer and drinks. Their shower gel was so good and nice smelling. They also have vending machine outside the room in case people want extra snacks or something. Definitely will come

---Refund issue is still unsolved and cannot get ahold of anyone in the hotel. Save your money and don't book this hotel through Expedia guys!!
