Have just stayed at hotel. Not impressed at all. The cleaning was bad - dirty cups and glasses left unwashed. Only bed made.
A 20 minute walk to tram. Far too far from City Centre - expensive for what it is. Web site says they have a mini bus into town centre for 5€. It does not exist. You can buy City passes got varying times and prices. I had hardly walked through the door when I was told I had to pay the local taxes there and then. The hotel had been paid for in advance so was not impressed. I could have waited until I checked out.
The bar didn't stay open up to 11. Always seemed to shut early. I booked hotel in conjunction with Eurostar - never again. Boom separately.

The location isn't too bad the staff are not as friendly the bald black man that does reception is rude for no reason.

Alleraardigst ontvangst door een poolse jongen met krullen. Kon kiezen uit een kamer met bad of met douche.
Heerlijk bed , super geslapen.
Bij uitchecken ook een aardige dame en heer achter de receptie.

Lopen naar tram, bus of metro is prima te doen om naar het centrum van Amsterdam te gaan. Kamer niet helemaal schoon.
Vriendelijk personeel.
