Relaxed and quiet location near markets. Very good staff and comfortable

I love this chain and the beds are incredibly comfortable. WiFi was patchy in the room and the toilet could do with a revamp (hard to tell if they're occupied!). Herman the cat was a lovely surprise and the staff were great. Not as good as the one in Copenhagen but the cat is a definite plus

2 fois que nous réservons et jamais déçus, l'endroit est très bien placé, le personnel est très gentil et on s'y sent comme chez soit. Les sanitaires sont propres. Dans le hall il y a tout ce qu'il faut : évier, micro-onde, frigo, vaisselle,... Un supermarché se trouve juste à côté. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable à Amsterdam. Une des meilleurs adresses pour se loger je reviendrais encore et encore sans hésitation.

We came here and as we arrived in Dam late in the evening we thought we would try this place as an experience before checking into hotel the next day.
We are so glad we did! It was very clean, very functional, lots of welcoming and fun communal spaces, self service options and mini table tennis.
Check in was easy and secure. The location is near to lots of things to do, a market, foodhall etc.
The best bit and biggest shout out goes out to the staff though. They were just lovely, chatty, lots of great recommendations and they delivered the cherry on the top.
I just wonder if this hotel we are going to next is going to live up to the City Hub now ?!?!?? Xxx

A recommendation for CityHub to make this a 5 star experience would be to improve soundproofing. You can hear everything on the top or bottom bunk, which can be annoying when you want to get some sleep. Some guests were playing loud music in the pods at the early hours in the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
