We had an amazing staycation at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. Upon arrival we were greeted by Heleen, who also assisted us with the check-in process. She delivered exceptional service and we felt very welcomed. When she walked us to our room, she gave us a tour of some historical parts of the hotel, which we really appreciated. We were given a very nice room with canal view and enjoyed the mixture between the classic and modern elements in the room.

The hotel spa and gym were very well-equipped and in good standing. All staff members we interacted with were helpful and did their best to make our stay better. This includes the service at the Vault Bar and at breakfast. The breakfast itself was top-tier and very fresh (we had a hard time finishing all the delicious items).

Overall, I would say this is perhaps the best Waldorf Astoria hotel I have stayed at so far. We had an amazing stay and we are looking forward to returning to the hotel in the future.
