Such a beautiful hotel and location. Exceptional service at all times. You are made to feel like royalty on arrival and during your stay. Strongly suggest booking a massage or something at the spa at least the day prior. The breakfast was the best I have ever had and just overall the best place I have ever stayed. Can’t wait to go back one day!
What truly stands out is the exceptional service and the dedication of everyone who works here - with a special mention to Monica at the reception who made sure we had the best possible stay and accommodated to all our needs, and to Andrea at room service who was an absolute angel and went above and beyond to accommodate to my dietary requirements.
Don’t think twice, this is the best place to stay in Amsterdam.
